I thought I had it all set up right.... It seemed ...

I thought I had it all set up right.... It seemed so easy. Went to use it for the first time and I hit some glitches somehow..... At any rate, I left it for the next day and was so excited to find my paid order from last night found its way! But still had some kind of error. I clicked the chat button and got Jose and he was awesome!! He found my error, fixed it and then hung on to be sure that I got my labels printed. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. This is my first day so I will get back about the rest later but so far, I love how easy it seems it will be.
