IT Company.. Good company but Employee not satisfied with the salary structure

Shipco IT is shifted in Sai Radhe Building behind Shereton Hotel near Pune station. Its not in Viman nagar.
Currently Scan IT company is running in Viman Nagar. Don't visit there. If you want to go to Shipco, Go at Sai Radhe.

they need to improve Interview process , after crack interview they said we will call you for joining , but now its more than 15 days gone but still Im waiting for call

The campus is very good. The company is also very good. Mainly this company is based of shipco.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 start because ther HR team is not at all good. My interview was held and they asked me for all my documents and even had a detailed talk with HR and told me next day will send your offer letter but next day they are telling me I am not up to the mark and when I am asking questions related to me telling it is confidential. This is not a good company don't join it

Servise is very tiring, we submit a clamin for 1.5 months of delayed flight delays up to 6 times which causes losses on our part. And to this day there is no good intention from them. Even the humans disappeared like being swallowed up by the earth (Hendro, Monica, Reno, Diah and their team) hello where are you guys ...

Very bad to company. Never join it. They hire on basis of state. Also very rude during interview process from the guy named Kapil Joshi who work there. So please avoid this company
