Service was awesome attentive and sincere. Ramen left something to be desired. Broth and ordering combos were a bit awkward to order and broth definitely needed a boost of flavor. Looks like a great place to drink. Would do 3.5 stars but ill round up.

Great tasting ramen bowls and eel bowls. And the waitress are friendly.

I love this place. It was my first time trying ramen and the waitress explained the menu. The food is delicious. The passion fruit green tea was delicious. And they also made it to my liking w less sugar. The young girl and the man that helped up were really nice. The only thing it took them a while to give us our check but other than that it's great.

The Ramen is the best with the dumplings, but the service is a bit slow.

Great service and really good food. Portions are just right, and well seasoned. Had the CharShu Trio ramen with extra chili oil. Tonkatsu chicken and curry tonkatsu pork were both very tasty.

This place is the one I like best. I go to many restaurants but to this restaurant I go the most. The crew is very helpful and the cuisine they place on your table is so flavorful. I would always prefer to have a good dinner in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place.

One of the better ramen places in the immediate area. Try the Nagasaki champon. Good broth and good noodles make this place a fairly consistent place to get a nice bowl of ramen.

Great experience! We were looking for an outdoor ramen restaurant that was social distancing friendly. I really loved the variety and types of ramen toppings and soup base. I got the chicken ramen and my fiance got Ton Toro. We took our 2-year-old and our server Jose was super nice and accommodating. must try it

Chashu trio is a must try here. Comes in 3 different cuts of pork. Very tender and tasty. The broth is thick and creamy.

Happy hour is from tue-Friday. 99cents for Sapporo draft. And lots of great appetizer to chose from.

These guys really go out of their way to do great Ramen and really appreciate their customers during the pandemic lock downs and package your hot soup perfectly by separating the soup from the meat, veggies, and noodles so it doesn't get soggy when you take it home. Go Chasu Trio with Shoyu base, medium wavy noodles, extra Kotteri, and wood ear mushrooms with chili oil on the side to spice to your liking. Wash it down with a Large Orion beer. Delicious! Okay Ramen. Slowest service I have ever experienced. We did have a large group, but the food came out in groups of five bowls every 30 minutes. Took more than 2 hours to get everyone served. Go to Kopan Ramen - better ramen and far better service.

Went to have dinner with my son. Ramen was really good and full of flavor would highly recommend this place. My son is pretty picky but he loved it a lot.

Ramen was great and the staff super nice. The place is clean and welcoming, I will be coming again with friends in the future. Loved the iced green tea as well. Very nice place. Also, great patients with a slightly odd little veteran like myself.

Came here about 3 days ago and honestly it s not my first choice of ramen to come to, but it was cold and I was hungry. Never again! Before this time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said ok it s late and that s why my soup is cold. Nope. For some reason every time I come here the soup is always cold and this time I think they changed their ramen because it Tasted so bland. Too bad their service doesn t match their food because they are really nice but I m never coming back again.

I did not enjoy this ramen. Taste like flower and hot broth.

I admire this spot! They serve splendid food, their menu is nice, The cook in that spot is a professional, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are consistently of high class, the service towards the visitors is agreeable. I visit often this place and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it to all.

This place has pretty good ramen, has variety kind of broth and pork meat such a pork cheek, fatty braise pork and standard chasu. Their dumpling also very good.

The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, the music they play is fairly modern, and most importantly the food is AMAZING. You won't be disappointed.

First time coming here, the ramen is excellent, the broth is very rich and tasty. The pork is very tender and has lots of flavor. Will definitely be coming back! I'd recommend the chashu trio. Everything was awesome! Service was great.

Love ramen so I'm always excited to try new ramen places. This one was a disappointment though. Ordered curry rice, dumplings (gyoza), black garlic ramen. The rice was good so I would definitely return for more curry rice and the dumplings had a nice crunchy layer on them. The ramen started good but as I kept eating it and the broth and ingridents mixed and stirred it stopped tasting good and was more of a meh feel. I will say that the ramen had a lot of grease because I could feel it in my mouth way after we left.

Ramen noodles doughy, undercooked. Not just fluke, ordered 2 bowls and both came out the same way.

One of the best ramen in San Gabriel Valley only because there are so few ramen houses. I like the Raijin Shoyu with extra moyashi.

The food here was great, I got the chashu trio, and it was perfect. Our waitress was awesome, and I look forward to coming back.

I come to this superb place often as I love the good mood that is outline this place. The staff is very friendly and well trained. The service is exceptionally rapid. Most important, the food you get is outstanding. I frequent often and I was never disappointed. The pay is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to all my friends.

A lot of flavor in each dish, the spicy ramen had a spicy touch but you can eat it without problems even if you don't eat spicy things, it has a lot of flavor, the dish leaves you quite full. Garlic gestures are the best! Super recommended this place.

Wonderful experience great service very warm welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious!! The kalamari and dumplings are mouthwatering. I ordered a seafood tonkatsu and the presentation was beautiful and the food was very satisfying. Would return and recommend it for good quality ramen.

This is my new favorite ramen spot. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Jasmine is very nice and sweet. The ramen is very flavorful and you can tell everything is made fresh. Service was very fast and everything tastes so good. Location is in a nice shopping center with boba, and other restaurants. Easy access to center and lots of parking.

This place clearly knows how to serve their customers. Consistently with a kind attitude. The food is affordably priced, always yummy and clean.

Okay, I don't give many bad reviews, but this place deserves it today anyways. First I am greeted by female server. She asked me if I want to dine in or take out. I said dine in. She told me to wait. This is my first time here so I'm curious in what they have. I go ahead and help myself to the menu. The menu is uniquely formatted so I had alot of questions. The nice lady takes me to my seat, but then get distracted by other customers. I stand there in the middle the room for few minutes and then she starts an order for a large party. Dumbfounded, I took a seat at the bar where I was greeted by a male server and he said I'll help you in a minute. I wait and then he asks what I would like. I asked him about the customer favorites and what they were. He described the dishes for me and i decided to get the one that was "mostly meat" $2-7 more than the other ramen, but It should be worth it it's mostly meat. I was done ordering. He then goes back to the task he was doing before. I then look at the menu again and saw that there was add-ons. I was never told if I wanted any add-ons, but I looked at the menu and I guess I should have known. I wanted to ask about the add ons . I was told to wait as he was having technical difficulties cool I understand. He finishes and helps me out. I order my add ons and a side of curry rice. I then ask for some water. He says okay. Then starts filling up a pitcher for another table, cool he'll get me in a sec. A few minutes pass by after serving that pitcher and no water. I then asked the Female server 3-4 times she said okay and the water never came. A bit irritated now. I find a solution and use sign language. I finally get my water. My food took about 20-30 mins to make but that doesn't matter to me as long as it's good. My food comes out and it's take out not dine in like I wanted. Slightly irritated, I take the L. As long as the food is good I say! First I'm looking at everything I got for $20. I'm feeling very disappointed. The regular rice is $1.50 for a cup. The curry rice is $4.50 you get a cup of rice and curry poored on top it wasn't worth the extra $3. I now start praying that the ramen can save me from this cruel world. The first thing I notice is its mostly veggies and only 2-3 slice's of meat! I did enjoy the meat, but for $2-7 more not worth it. The veggies were nothing special. I didn't get the wholesome, hearty taste you would get from fresh veggies. The broth of the Ramen wasn't my cup of tea. It had one flavor that I didn't enjoy personally. From my experience a good ramen has many flavors and smells. The noodles are good but not the best quality which Is made from scratch.

We are from Redlands, CA and was looking for a good ramen place in this area. So glad we found this place! My husband said that they have the best customer service. The food was excellent and affordable. Normally, those two will not be in line but this ramen place is just awesome. If we can give it more than five stars..we would. Will be back for sure..worth the drive!

we were served by the owner, and he was really friendly and helpful. very down-to-earth. i'm not usually a fan of shoyu ramen, but the garlic shoyu belly ramen was incredible. homemade, fresh dumplings are a must-have as well.

if i have a complaint, the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. this may be because it's an older building...i don't know. but this should not preclude anyone from trying the food here or in their newer Riverside site whenever that opens.

They do not speak english, so order by picture and point, but you will kick yourself if you do not get a bowl of ramen!

Taste good. Great service. Plenty of parking. We ordered Ramen with chicken with plenty of veggies. Healthy food. Very mild flavor. Want to eat again.

Deep flavorful broth in the Tonkotsu ramen. Noodles were cooked to perfection. The place is clean and the service was fast. The only negative is they charge extra for so many toppings that should be standard. I can get understand extra charge for an egg but extra charge for spicy? There is a decent selection of sake and Japanese beer. Unlike many restaurants in the area they do accept credit cards.

I had a good experience here. The gentleman who served us was very nice and attentive. He made sure my oolong tea was always refilled and check up on us to see if we needed anything.

The ramen was amazing. I got the one with the garlic broth with pork. Its was very good and the meat is tender. I'm definitely coming back for more

Like the firm thin noodle. The appetizer fried chicken is favorful, juicy inside, and slighty crispy on the outside. It has the right portion. Soup base is deep. Staffs are very friendly. Not too busy when we visited at Sunday lunch time.

Fujin ramen at West Covina. It s located inside HK plaza about 10min away from 10fwy. Food is decent. I had the Fujin ramen and my family had the tonkasu shio ramen. You get to choose from a list of free and premium(pay) topping to add to your ramen. The ramen soup base is a bit on the salty side but still manageable. Calamari is also decent. Service staff was quick and friendly. We reserved a seat using Yelp but when we arrived about 1/2 of the tables are still available.

The ramen is so chewy and it's so good!!! The soup is also very exceptional! Would 100% come back

This is my second time coming to this establishment and i LOVE the quality of the food and service and playlist here. Today our server was Jasmin and she was so sweet and attentive. I loved her energy! definitely recommend this place to anyone:)

One of the few ramen places in this area and was pretty good . I had tried the chasu trio with miso broth and it was amazing .I had it with garlic, but I think next time I'll ask for it on the side since it was very strong. The garlic taste was still around till the next day . I also hope they would hire at least 1 more person, service was great but I know it was difficult .

They did not want to make the ramen the way I wanted, don't think I'll come back..
