His responses were extremely timely and we never had to chase him to get anything. Being first time home buyers, Walter went above and beyond to remove any concerns we had about the mortgage and walked us through each step of it to ensure that all of our concerns were cleared up. He went out and found the best rate for us and laid out various options that can help us save money. So I needed a private broker for a mortgage and Anthony was fantastic at patiently explaining everything to me (as there were a lot of moving parts and people involved in the process) and answering every single on of my questions.
