We got referred to Walter through our realtor after having a poor experience with another mortgage broker. Walter was amazingly helpful! His responses were extremely timely and we never had to chase him to get anything. Being first time home buyers, Walter went above and beyond to remove any concerns we had about the mortgage and walked us through each step of it to ensure that all of our concerns were cleared up. He went out and found the best rate for us and laid out various options that can help us save money. I would (and have already) recommended Walter to a few different friends/family members who are looking for a reliable and efficient mortgage broker!
