Very nice hotel. Great location and comfortable bed and rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Alot of great restaurants are a short walk away or room service is available.

For everything, the treatment of the staff, the breakfast, the location, the room, the perfect hotel. I loved it, if I return to Warsaw I will repeat without a doubt. We were 5 nights and we felt at home. Thank you.

They have issues with the english language but that is a polish thing for some reason

For a hotel of this class, I am disappointed. The lady from the service was rude, everything was a problem for her. There were no slippers, no rusty mirrors. I will not go back there for sure.

I was at Sheraton on a festive brunch. A very large selection of dishes, great service. As for me a bit too much seafood. Overall, I recommend it.

Spacious and nice rooms in quiet and quiet area.
The hotel tried to get us all the possible extras, but we did not choose these (larger rooms, breakfast, lounge at the top with snacks etc). Provisionally deducted sums that we will receive back within 5 days, but why?

The rooms are what we expected. Very nice and all that you wanted. Thw customer service however is lacking. We needed a third bed and the ones brining it in talked about weed and one of them didnt know english. Their english is not very good. Can be hard to understand. But its nice. Worth the price

I do not recommend, fatal telephone service, it's hard to sort anything, switch from one person to another, still some problems, lack of reliable information. That's not what I expected from Sheraton ...

Super comfortable and great service! The rooms are big, clean and well equipped. Moreover, the location is great, just 30 minutes walking distance from the old town and right next to a park which is perfect for a run! There is also a great gym and spa.

One of the most important ***** hotels in Warsaw. After renovation, it presents itself splendidly - it concerns both the hotel itself and the rooms. Helpful staff, high quality Room Service.

Rooms are modern and clean. Receptionists are very friendly and the location is right next to a bus stop and walking distance to Old Town (25~ min)

Grandfathers walk in front of the hotel and collect for pointing a parking space, a bit of a shame. A hotel of this class should somehow handle this. :(

Very good Sunday brunches. After a break and renovation in a changed place, but the food is good. The downside is that now it is definitely less climate, tables without tablecloths. Old InAsia was definitely more pleasant and more atmospheric.

Nice ballroom, friendly and cozy. In general, everything works according to this standard. THE CITY CENTER SO NEAR EVERYWHERE. But parking in the vicinity of the hotel is almost a miracle ...

Accommodation on March 7-8, 2020, booked by phone - very positive impression / experience.

Very good location, however, parking is 120 PLN / day and there is little or no free parking around the hotel.

When checking in at the reception, there are only 2 employees who are just learning the profession (on the namesake of trainee) and are unable to answer most of the questions and the third person is hidden in a separate room. Only when the queue became quite significant, 7 people went outside to help - standard below 3 stars.
Room clean, spacious, however, the hotel seems snobby. Visible lack of employee commitment to work. All the time staff complaints about their salary (reportedly they earn only PLN 2,500) and the fact that contracts with them will not be extended due to the coronavirus. A very strange approach to standards.

Late checkout was not a problem so also a big plus.

Overall a positive impression, but the hotel has to work on standards to survive in the present reality.

I really like the location. Breakfast breakfast was fresh and there were many things to eat. There was a kimchi in the breakfast and it was mixed with tomato ketchup.

The accommodations are very comfortable. They have a full breakfast buffet with a lot of variety and delicious. I recommend the club room for complimentary drinks and snacks. The bed and bathroom are well designed and very comfortable.

Beautiful hotel and great breakfast. It does not have a swimming pool and does not lift up a bit disappointing and there is no hairdryer in the shower

New lobby is awesome as this Sheraton was promoted to the Grand. Staff even more friendly. Keep it up!

Chain hotel, but for such rates should be maintained the highest standard, next to Ibis, and it is not worse, and the prices more affordable

Luxury Sheraton hotel in Warsaw, Poland. Decorate is standard but we love sleepy bed, pillow, bathtub and specially pancake (breakfast at olive restaurant).
