Great location. Great lounge. Great staff. Great price!

Great room, great service, and pretty good breakfast (in the vip area at least)

Caffee bar nearby by the main entrance have convenient menu and great, friendly service. However while conferences, double check where is your located since even at the reception desk there is lot of confusion.

I recommend a brunch on Sunday from 12.30 to 16.00, especially for organizing parties. It is definitely not expensive for the quality and quantity of food. Caviar, cakes in price and white wine, red sparkling wine

Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location yet quiet at night. Not much you can ask for

The hotel was under maintenance. A lot of noise from 7 am and elevator only from the second floor.

It is almost perfect. The only negative points are that there are no toothpaste in the toilette and also that there was a bad smell in the toilette un the bedroom I was staying

The only drawback is the non-working coffee machine in the room, the lady at the reception did not offer free coffee. From 5 stars I expect full satisfaction.

Rooms are great. The hotel is beautiful and not too far from the city center. I have organized a professional meeting here and i could only suggest it to my peers as this is indeed a great location. A few glitches in the organization maybe but nothing that can't be resolved. 4 star due to the few glitches otherwise it would be a 5 star review.

And can walk to the old town of Warsaw, including the Nawesad Road Good breakfast and dinner Service at the cute counter There is a living area, can use the computer, wifi is fast and convenient. The 6th floor concierge room is well appointed and serves great food.

It looks very modern from outside, but very elegant from inside. Oh, and there is an iron and an ironing board in every room. So, no more creased shirts and skirts.

Magdalena at the front desk thinks it acceptable to scream across the room at guests. Better train your front desk staff. Perhaps hire those with a better temperment. My parents were visiting from the U.S. and Dad said they were simetimes mean. Not acceptable.

How is Sheraton. Prices too high. What to service ... much to be desired. I waited 40 minutes for a coffee and got a cool one. More there probably I will not even go to a business meeting. It's a shame to neglect the brand through incompetent staff. The management either does not realize the approach to clients or is not interested in such issues. A pity because the location is great.

At checkout I requested my bill be sent via email for my stay from Dec 9 - Dec 12, 2019. I did not receive the final folio. I am very displeased with the lack of attention to detail this visit from the initial check in where I was assigned a room that was not what I booked to the failure to provide the final folio.

Well located, even if the Bristol is closer to the city center, the Sheraton is a safe bet for accommodation in very good conditions in Warsaw.

I've received many hotel room upgrades in my life, but never a room downgrade. Sheraton Grand is a horrible hotel and they have no respect for their customers.

The hotel is maybe somewhat dated, the breakfast buffet is fantastic

I'm disappointed about food. I spend time there on conference and staff didn't do anything to keep clear or refill food - bad system there...also they failed with preparing fish...meat is good enough.
