Please stay away for your own wellbeing. We stayed there after receiving an offer in the mail. It took us some time to find the person that greated us at the front office. He immediately started trying to sell us a timeshare that we told him we weren't interested in. Once we got to the room we found clumps of hair in the bathroom drain along with a few stragglers on the wall. Once we watch those away I went to wash my hands and unfolded it to see red marks on the house. They were probably lipstick but should not have been there on a clean towel. We told them of the issue and they moved us to another room saying that they walked through and verified that it was clean. They apologized and said that want their standard. Once we unpacked in that room again we found hair in the bathroom and hair and the towel that I tried to dry my hands with. after finding the additional hair in the supposedly Queen towels we tried calling the concierge but they never returned our call until the next morning. We found other accommodations for the rest of our trip. The concierge person finally returned are call around 1 p.m. but was only concerned if we had stay the night or left.

I really enjoy Sheraton vistana villas. They're nice, clean & staff are very professional.
I don't give it a 5 star only because, room service sucks. I have been coming to the Sheraton resort for 2 years and last year I became a owner. This year I came to villages and I was told that I don't have room service which is odd because I pay for maintenance which is over $800. If your a owner please make sure they tell you if your getting room service or not ? I also just upgraded on my ownership which I'm second guessing now because of this issue & also don't go to any of these meetings I truly hate that they make us go to these stuff. Yes it is good deals but I felt force to have to take a good deal at a bad time and not be able to think about it, plus the manager wasn't able to help as much I though maybe I should of stayed at the resort where I would of had less of a bother and more help.

I stayed here for 4 nights and have mixed feelings about the resort. I booked through Expedia and didn't realize this was a timeshare until I arrived for my stay. Pros: It was a great deal. I paid around $100 a night. The grounds are nicely manicured. The pools are very nice with plenty of space so it didn't feel crowded. The room is set up like a small apartment. I had a one bedroom with a king bed for me and my son. The couch in the livingroom pulls out into a bed, so there was plenty of space for 2 of us. There was a kitchenette, which I loved. I went to the local grocery store and stocked up on breakfast items and snacks. The lighting in the bathroom is very good. There are jets in the tub. The resort is within a 30 minute drive to all the theme parks. It's close to restaurants and shopping. Cons: They give you gifts at checkin if you agree to attend a timeshare sales presentation. I reluctantly signed up to attend a 90 minute meeting in exchange for a $100 gift card and 2 light sabers for my kiddo. The night before the presentation I was pretty wiped out from 2 days of theme parks. I decided I was going to skip the meeting and sleep in instead. I'm a single mom and really can't afford a timeshare so I knew I was going to say no. I didn't want to sit through 2 hours of high pressure sales at the start of my day when instead all I wanted to do was enjoy my vacation. Apparently this must happen a lot, where people decide to skip. Because at 6:30 am the phone in the room started ringing. I guess this was my wakeup call to ensure my attendance? I didn't ask for a reminder. So I ignored the ringing and went back to sleep. 30 minutes later, the phone starts ringing again! Several more calls roll in for the next hour or so until I get really frustrated and unplugged the phone cord. By that point I was so annoyed that I couldn't go back to sleep. The next morning was checkout time. The phone rang again around 7am. I guess they were going to try and squeeze that presentation into my last day there? Who knows. I didn't answer. I decided not to even checkout in the lobby since I didn't want to speak to any of their staff. We packed our things and I left the room keys on a side table along with a tip for the maids. Here's a side note of other things that happened: someone broke into our rental car on the property. We found the driver's side door wide open. The only thing they took was a pair of sunglasses. We probably forgot to lock the car door, so our mistake. But it's an uncomfortable feeling when that happens. We weren't given any pool towels and I didn't see any out by the pool. It's a mystery to me how other guests had them. The microwave didn't heat very well and was kinda hard to figure out how to use. Sounds funny, but if you stay there you'll see what I mean. The washing machine kept stopping in mid cycle. I finally figured out it was a problem with the lid lock. I had to practically slam the lid to get it to lock. The comforter on the bed was very thin and made of a plastic type of material. The sheets were stiff and smelled like bleach. The bed is very firm. The corkscrew was broken. I called for a new one and they brought one right up, even though it was 10pm. (There's a pro). The power outlet in the bathroom didn't work.
Overall, is this a 4 star resort? I don't think so. It's not a Motel 6 but it's definitely not close to a Four Seasons. I'd give it 3 stars. Right in the middle. And I won't stay here again. I'll pay a little more next time to avoid the sales pitch and hopefully feel a bit more comfortable and secure in my surroundings.

While I have a Disney timeshare and usually stay at their resorts whenever I come down and can't stay on property this is my go to. This time in particular I had an amazing front desk staff member (I believe his name was Victor. I lost the paper with his name that I kept to review him unfortunately. ) that checked me in when I got there at 1 am on August 24. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. The rooms were amazing as usual and very clean. I also love the fact that there is free parking included and regret that I split my stay here and at the Disney Swan. While the Disney Swan is close to the parks and nice in it's own way I know I will choose this hotel over it next time. (Mostly because of the parking and having an actual kitchen)

A few staff were rude and unwelcoming
one worker lady sarcastically sighed at us when we were waiting for the elevator as we first arrived trying to read the face covering sign before entering, very unprofessional, but besides that nice place.

Free Wi-Fi and parking!! Beautiful resort with multiple pools and water features, Market Place (general store), Link @ Sheraton (for printing, Internet access, etc.), gym, and amazing employees. It's close to a Publix and the Vineland Premium Outlets mall, on one side and a bunch of popular restaurants on the other. I have loved every stay at this property to-date.

Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas is a great place to take the family, if you want to be near the Orlando theme parks, or you just want a place to relax by the pool and have your choice of food and entertainment within close driving distance.
Everything is clean, and the employees are very friendly. There's an International Drive Trolley stop directly in front of the resort.
There are multiple pools.
We stayed in a villa that overlooked the St Augustine pool with it's pirate ship and water slide. The pool is not deep, and is suitable for kids of all ages. There is a full staff of superbly-trained life guards, always keeping close watch.
The Resort offers a large selection of activity programs, as well as spa services.
My family loved the Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas.
If you're looking for a home away from home, rather than just the basics of a hotel, this is the place to go.

We were told there would be a shuttle to the Disney parks ...there is with a very limited schedule...thanks
Then when we booked we requested and paid to have two joining rooms, that didn't happen we were in two totally different buildings. Staff on check in had an attitude and made no effort to honor the reservation that we had made and confirmed. Then if you are not willing to listen to their sales pitch to buy a time share with them the treat you like you are not important. The best experience was with house keeping and the bellmen they got customer service right. The rooms are great and pools are amazing, if you can over look the shuttle schedule and being ignored if you don't go to their time share speal then by all means stay here

We just returned from this great resort. Coming "Home' at the end of the day was great. We shared a two bedroom with 5 people, it was spacious and very nice. It did not feel like a hotel room. It came with refrigerator, stove, sink, washer and dryer. Everything you need for a great stay- and they provide housekeeping.! The grounds and pools are beatiful. In a word the whole experience was AWESOME! We hope to be able to come back again soon.

I paid a lot and didn't really get that much out of it. The room was ok- clean as can be but slightly outdated, the balcony was small, the main pool was beautiful but we tried to avoid it because it was directly in front of the building where the timeshare salesman (who previously made it a point to tell me I was wasting his time and he would tell everyone there to never invite us back to the resort, whatever that means,) was stationed and we've been hopeful to never cross paths with him again. Yuck. Also, I was offered a $30 food/beverage credit because all of our drinks were thrown away while we were returning our towels, but I never received it. Oh well. The family had a good time and we were safe there.

We are staying at the Key West condos. They seem a little quieter than the other areas which is our speed. However it is easy to walk the resort, over to Breezes and the main pool. We did enjoy our pool in the Key West complex and had it to ourselves when it opened. We also enjoyed it late night when it was a little more active. The room was immaculately appointed. The bed was super soft and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back at this Sheraton.

I have been a owner for years and would recommend this resort to anyone or family looking for a seven star experience. Couldn t be more convient for parks or shopping. I can t say enough praise for the location as well as staff at this resort. This should be your next family vacation spot.

Nice rooms and pools. Asked an attendant where the pool was an his response was "we have a lot of pools" LOL. Room on closer side to IDrive; could hear all noise from passing vehicles. Even worse stomping from people upstairs at 2am. Left the room the night before check out, simply could not sleep.

Beautiful place, I love it. Unfortunately the service is very bad. A friend of mine left me a bag with toys for my kids and it was lost. I went twice and nothing, after that a lady found the bag, they promise to send it to me, I still waiting for it. She stayed in the hotel more than a week and, after the check out, she checked her luggage and somebody stole a lot of new clothes in her room, as well as an earphone, a charger and others. Very bad. I dont understand how the hotel management allow that.

Staff was extremely nice, providing assistance in keeping us located next to our other party. -1 * for cleanliness. Room was cleaned prior to our arrival. It looks clean at first glance, but there was grime build up on the shower floor and when my toddler crawled on the carpet her hands and clothes were black. I'm sure the room is cleaned all the time, but has it ever really gotten a deep clean? If so, its been too long.

We stayed for one night but wished we had stayed longer. Beautiful resort, very spacious overall, our room was perfect for a couple's getaway. Our room was clean and just perfect with the furniture it had. We had a view to one of the lakes on the property so that was lovely. Our bed was super comfy and extra blankets were available. Tons of restaurants just down the road to suit alots of different needs. Location is just minutes from Seaworld and a short drive to other attractions. Highly recommended!!

We are frequent travelers to this sheraton and had an amazing time here. We have been disappointed in the past but this was a great trip. Mia was crazy helpful at the bar. She offered her own wifi just so my wife could do some black Friday shopping. She also took good care of my kiddos when some bar tenders get weird at the bar. It made for a great weekend!
