Sheraton Stockholm Review

Rather 3 star hotel, definitelly not deserves 4. Rooms are not cleaned as You would expect, also the ventilation and ac is really noisy, I d not come back.

Old hotel furniture very old bathrooms small and old rooms cleanliness is poor smelly in the rooms and corridors are not available concierge service after 7 pm You need to stand for a long time to check in Breakfast is very busy

Visit the lobby bar regularly for a glass of wine, staff is very professional and they have a good wine list. Recommend if you want to escape the business of Stockholm and experience quality service.

Hotel is well located just across the bridge from Gamla Stan. Rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly.

OK. However, minus breakfast not yesterday in the hotel price.

I wanna start by saying that I would definentely recomend the hotel to friends and family, service is really Nice and The Staff really make you feel comfortable, they dont their job very well and I really like the rooms and The view, so if i could rate this hotel i would give it 4/5 stars

Decent Sheraton, but not exceptional. Rooms are getting dates, okay buffet spread. Overall, a fairly average 4-star in a convenient location

Very Nice hotel to stay..it's near Stockholm central station.. nearby attraction is Gamla Stan, it's just walking distance..one can explore some fine restaurant nearby.

Beds need to be replaced. Otherwise rooms are fantastic. Location is exceptional. Other than some key issues needing to be reprogrammed it was a great stay.

Fantastic location right next to Stockholm Central Station with plenty of restaurants available at any hour including a great option in the lobby. Front desk staff is very kind and accomodating. The day I was supposed to depart, my flight was cancelled and I became ill after spending all day in the airport. Exhausted and frustrated, I returned to the Sheraton where the staff welcomed me back by name and was able to get me a room within minutes. Their efforts really saved the end of my trip and I will for sure be back the next time I visit Stockholm!

Very friendly staff but not a five star experience. Building itself is super old and everything in the room looks at least 30 years old. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The curtains, couches and carpets looked dirty and worn out. Same goes for the wardrobe, fridge and the flooring.

Sauna is very tiny and sauna showers are prison style in a 2x2 m square for two people. Gym is decent for a holiday workout. I will try other options like hilton or radisson next time.

Good place. Clean. Strange Design decision there was no toilet brush in the bathroom....which is fine if I am there alone on business, but if I am planning a romantic getaway with my wife....maybe I pick a place with a toilet brush. Team at restaurant and bar were nice....at some point some drunk person off the street staggered in and started bugging us....that only lasted about 15 seconds before security jumped in....so very well managed

Decent hotel, good central location. Modern rooms although a bit on the small side and comfortable beds.

A modern hotel with spacious rooms (we booked a superior). The hotel is at a great location on the waterfront and is just a few minutes from the old city and the train station. Plus, there are plenty eating options right around the corner. The best part was the gym: they have four or five treadmills and an extensive weight room.

A cozy hotel with a very good location. Everything is nearby, especially transport to / from the airport. What really pleased was the crystal cleanliness of the rooms. And of course a rich, tasty breakfast.

Great drinks presented by waiters who speak excellent English. The price is expected, nd above average. The atmosphere was also very nice. Would suggest dressing up for the occasion as it is an upscale environment

Nice hotel, nice ambience with nice restaurant. Friendly staff. But comparing to other Sheraton hotels especially in Asia its atmosphere is basic or to say not that luxerious.

A very decent and centrally located hotel. The Arlanda Express, which connects the city directly to the airport, starts opposite. The rooms are well equipped and big enough. The service is professional as usual at Sheraton.

The best location and breakfast buffet but we found several things in poor condition in the room and the check-in receptionist was not very nice (the rest of the staff was very courteous)

Had a fantastic stay here. Friendly staff and extremely comfortable bed. Clean room, huge TV in room, bar in the lobby and great concierge service.

Not new but very well maintained, excellent location

For a hotel that's $400+ USD a night, I really expected better. The staff was not especially courteous and didn't speak great English. The room was roomy - I'll give it that - but there were no special amenities that you wouldn't find in a standard $200/night type of hotel. Some of the outlets didn't even work, and we had to request a hairdryer to get one. The bathroom was small, lacking in counter space, and poorly designed. I'll try Miss Clara next time.

Great stay but the Junior Suite was worn and in need of refurbishing

One of the top hotels present inside the city. Near to the city central station. To the bus stop too. Very well maintained by the staffs and authority. Rooms are well designed. And the morning view from the hotel Window is awesome. Staffs are so cooperative and friendly . Food served here is so good.

Quite worn down. You pay only for the convenient location.
