Sheraton Stockholm Review

Cozy place. Good food. Friendly staff. The minus is very soft bed and a rather crowded bathroom when you have a wheelchair.

If you get used to live ob other Sharaton hotels, its not the best: standard rooms are small!! But comparing Sthm hotels, its great. The locatiob is perfect and the staff were nice!

A standard Sheraton hotel. There is a sauna inside the gym (I.e. you have to enter the gym to enter the sauna). It's gender separated but the sauna room (at least the female one) is pretty small. Probably fits no more than 3 people and the temperature rises very fast due to the size of the room too.

The hotel is top notch, friendly professional staff.

Good hotel, centrally located. From the S-Bahn about 500 meters away. (Arlanda Express stops right in the city)
Delicious varied breakfast. Room spacious and nicely decorated.

Standard hotel but with a great location on the harbor and at Gamla Stan

One day guest rating: First visit to the Sheraton and I have to say I expected more. 90s feel over the interior. Shabby of the toilets with the brown / yellow color scheme. Uniform dressed staff with lack of Swedish knowledge. No, this did not give us any taste.

Quite ok place. There are considerably smarter hotels in Stockholm but the location is good.

Great hotel in the city center. The only problem I encountered was navigation in the underground parking lot) Having pulled a couple of handles of closed doors, I started the fire alarm. Sorrii ((Forgive me!

But still - I suggest the Sheraton administration put a more understandable navigation in the parking lot. There, underground, in a confined space - it is dark quiet and sometimes scary ... It is not always possible to immediately find a way out.

Really nice hotel with nice rooms and good food! Really good staff and story thumbs up to the restaurant! Enjoyed incredibly well when I visited this hotel!

Fresh room with lake view. Great. A little hard bed. Very nice and helpful staff, you felt very well looked after and welcomed. Excellent breakfast. However, the staff at the bar were a little tough. Served much more active guests from the front of the bar than the rear. Beyond that, everything was great! :)

The hotel is located in a good area for sightseeing in the old city with low prices

Burger is amazing,service is average ... breakfast is outstanding excellent choices and wide variety ,gym is well equipped new technology

A warm reception, and a pleasant stay. I ended up in a junior suite which had lots of space, but the space was mostly empty. This is certainly recommended for anybody with claustrophobia.
There were a few amenities; 4 seating area with sofa and chair, coffee machine, kettle, fridge (empty, no minibar) and complimentary water. This was all very nice and great if staying for more than one night. The resteraunt / brasserie was excellent with good service.

A pleasant stay with a very good service, in everything. WiFi could has been free in the rooms.

Centrally located hotel, that is 5 minutes away from The Central Train. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Bed comfortability is 4 stars out of 5. There is a restaurant and coffee bar on site. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. It is child, handicap and elderly friendly. Elevators are fast, so there are no longer waits and you need a key card for your floor so no one can just go to any floor.

Well located and recently renovated rooms. One of the best in Stockholm.

The staff were courteous, and quite helpful. I had broken my ankle less than two weeks before our stay, and the staff arranged to have a wheelchair standing by for me. There were many instances that the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to enhance our stay including making reservations for us at a restaurant we wanted to try. Also, everything was extremely clean, and well designed.

Went for drinks whilst visiting Stockholm for the weekend. Great service and friendly staff, although drinks were expensive even for this city.

Such a nice city hotel with proximity to every where in the beautiful City of Stockholm.
First time to Sweden, nice hotel with nice view over the canal and spacious room.
Lovely Swedish food, great staffs with special recognition to Michael & Jeff at the hotel bar and very caring staffs as Francesco and Max from the concierge and also to the reception team.
Will definitely come back :o)

Nice modern rooms with perfect location in the middle of Stockholm. Close to ALLT Good food in "Brasserie"

Great location for all the touristic places. Walking distance to everywhere. Very clean, friendly staff.
Breakfast menu could be improved.
As they have many Muslim guests they should have Halal options in their menu.

It was quiet and cozy . Comfortable beds n the food was superb . It is also right in the middle of town so you are close to most things .

The breakfast choices are great, finding a table in the morning is not easy though, go early.

Light colors in the interior, pastel and calm are transmitted to customers. The service is good

Pretty much what you'd expect from the chain. The small plates in the lobby bar are pretty good for a quick bite before calling it a day. -1 star for not letting you change the input on the room TV

Cozy and comfy accommodations. Perfectly quiet at night for awesome sleeping. Easy access to all parts of the city.

Doesn't hold the size, barely 4 stars in standard. Some equipment was missing, such as hygiene kits in the toilet. The rooms age and smell poor ventilation. Not worth the price, there are much nicer hotels nearby. The star is for the talented staff.

Amazing Hotel! True to the Sheraton brand inside and out. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds really comfortable, not too soft or too hard.
Every staff member here is friendly and welcoming.

The location extremely central. Many of Stockholm's sights are within walking distance from this hotel.
The Centralen train station is literally around the corner.
Highly recommended.

Near central station and next to the river. My room was big but decor was more like a business hotel. My room was quiet as it was facing courtyard of the hotel.

Good price. Nice views. Bed is too soft and power outlets are poorly positioned.

Didn't actually stay there but went to a conference. I ate lunch in their restaurant. And that was honestly not impressive. My burger was boring, and the fries (carrot) had to be sent back to get fried a bit more so they didn't taste raw in the centre.
Don't know why I ate there twice. But the second time I had fish. The fish was acceptable, but the potatoes on the side where dry.
Would not go there for food again if I can avoid it.
The staff was pleasant enough though. And conference space fine.

Stayed here for 5 days while attending a Conference in Stockholm. Professional and courteous staff. Good size rooms and comfortable bed. Full breakfast service with good options. Used their business centre which was good. Great views overlooking canals. Close to train station, and bus and train stops.

Everything where spot on except for the noise level, the train tracks outside where quite noisy

Nice hotel. But for a Sheraton they are definitely in need of a room rennovation. Rooms are okisch but not up to sheradon standards .

Very good hotel with absolute top location for exploring. Room was great. However, the bathroom was very small. As one expects in this hotel class much more ...
