Sheraton Stockholm Review

We stayed at an SPG level floor. We were on floor 6, room 605, Junior Suite. The room was nice and we had a nice view of the courtyard. Our main issue during our stay was that we could hear everything from the 7th floor, from room above us...from laughing to hearing their luggage roll around etc... We let the front desk know and they contacted room to be quieter and they did tone it down. But it didn't fix the lack of noise barrier issue between floor/ceiling Restaurant 360 in hotel had great dinner options that were local to Sweden, breakfast was an amazing traditional swedish spread, plus an omelette bar! Room service was available all hours of day. Menu options are reduced after 11pm. In conclusion:great hotel, great food, great service, poor sound barrier in our room.

Well located. Comfortable and quiet room. Breakfast is hearty. In short, perfect.

Really nice hotel, has a great restaurant that has (had?) A michellian star. Room is large with a great view of Stockholm and Parliament.

A pretty old Sheraton hotel the restaurants are pretty plain in my opinion the whole place could do with a refit. On balance though the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There are Wi-Fi is very fast and easy to access and all rooms have international plugs which is a very nice feature

Perfect service at lunch when we had a teenager who wanted some special food due to allergies. No sour mines. Nice staff who talked to us. We will go there again and will recommend friends to others.

Standard room. Positive: Large, airy and cozy, large pillows, comfortable bed.

There was nothing in the bar in the room, completely empty. Bar in the lobby, no real bartender, drinks for the same price but egg whites on top when they did not have it. No snacks in the room or at the reception to buy except from a vending machine.
The breakfast: are shown tables and served drinks. Remains without being informed that they serve breakfast to the table. The cheese is dry. The bread was hard. Vegetables and fruits are soft, as they seem to have stood out. You had to go to the buffet and be served sausages, bacon, pancakes, beans, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs.

The pancakes, sausage and bacon were really good. The scrambled eggs are served from a saucepan, as an egg compote. A whole square frame dry. Not good at all.

Inside rooms are pretty dark but very quiet, lake view are nice but you will hear traffic and train noise. The menu, both room service and restaurant, are very limited. The bartenders are excellent; I recommend the ginger mojito. They completely botched a room service order on me one night, substituting a gluten containing ingredient in on a dish marked gluten free. Otherwise my stay was pleasant - staff are very nice, and the location is ideal.

Nice rooms, good cleaning staff (should be given tips) and nice staff who inform. The conference is great.

Always accommodating hotel. It s a solid staple. I have never been displeased. It has easy walking access to many features a tourist would enjoy.

Centrally located hotel. The renovations during our stay hopefully improve the worn atmosphere. The hotel restaurant is recommended.

Great hotel with good location in central Stockholm. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and breakfast with good selection. I can definitely recommend it and would stay there again in the future.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are of a good size and the views are excellent, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, but the net service is very bad, free in the lobby only and in the rooms is not free but the text of the day!

Good hangover, we just drank wine and it was nice atmosphere. Lunch is recommended but a bit messy and long wait. The lobby is suitable for meetings.

This top Stockholm hotel has the best location in the city for sight-seeing on foot and for taking boat cruises and train trips to sights further afield. It's also an outstanding Sheraton hotel providing a far higher level of luxury and service than many of the Sheraton hotels we've visited in other countries; they are all good but this one stands out.

One of the best locations in a beautiful city! The meatballs is a must and so is the mussels as well! Very comfy beds!

Nice location and ok selection of food for breakfast; however, staff at the front desk are rude and abrupt. I wanted to extend my stay and instead of telling me the price they told me to check the website. Defeats the whole purpose. I ended up going to another hotel where the staff was very friendly.

Hotel very well located, just in front of one of the bridges that goes to Gambla Stan and 5 minutes walk from the central station of Stockholm and the tourist office. The staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever you need it. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The bathroom that we had was freshly made. As only criticism I would say that breakfast and wifi are a bit expensive, the rest great!

High level of service, very comfortable room, fully equipped mini bar, excellent breakfast and restaurant, opposite to the Royal Palace, close to all main attractions as well as the Central Train and Bus Station.

Very negative experience in this hotel as a gold Marriott member, was asked to add a third person to the room which was no problem for 900kr per night, however none of the amenities where arranged for 3 people (coffee/glasses/cups) . When complaining about it no resolution was offered. I've stayed in other Sheraton's before with usually a great experience but the staff here was not helpful or friendly. On a side note the room was comfortable but you would except a better job on refilling supplies by the cleaning staff which was not done, also the floor was not cleaned in between our 2 night stay.

Very well located hotel where you can do everything on foot. Easy access from the train station. If you come from the airport, nice and welcoming staff.
Standard rooms..with a view it is much better..but more expensive.bar quite crowded in the evening.breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel. Great location. Great customer service. Good rooms. Only reason not 5 stars is no hot water overnight !! If you want coffee there go to the bar just inside the main door, forget about the espresso house chain.

The breakfast came in a tray, everything was dry and old. Much that you yourself had wanted to pick at the breakfast buffet was not included, the staff was stressed due to the restrictions, felt very budget.

Really good standard, fantastic good breakfast buffet. A little in the most expensive team but if you have a budget of about 1500 sek per night then you can usually get a room here. If you are looking to stay close to EVERYTHING in Stockholm then you can't stay better.

Old hotel but still luxury, the restaurant and room service has very limited orders

Surely one of the top three hotels in Stockholm. Located on an excellent spot in the heart of the city. The services provided are 5 star standard with a little extra effort to make your stay memorable.

The conference was perfect. Just big clean and fresh.

We were at the Sheraton just over a year ago, a frightening experience. But we could see, now the staff are brand new, fantastic friendly staff, the rooms so nice, the food expensive so into the tub but excellent. Everything perfect. We can warmly and honestly recommend Sheraton Stockholm. Greetings Hans & Johanna.

We are currently staying here for the second time and should ve learnt from the first time! We had a great deal of trouble with noisy neighbours last trip but decided to give it another try as the location is good. We have family living here and a big wedding here next year but we can t recommend family and friends stay here as, yet again despite explaining what happened last time and asking for a quiet room, we are awake for the third night running because of a noisy family with young children running around above us. We have spoken to the front desk and rang the front desk tonight. Very disappointed and won t be staying again!
