Sheraton Stockholm Review

Great view (if you have a room with a view), nice breakfast, best for business travelers, as the ambiance in the lobby and rooms is a little sterile.

Conferencing amenities seems a bit under the current international standard*

Service and loungelfacilities is however really I biting and comfortable.

Dated hotel but location is decent. Like any other Sheraton, although slightly worse. Food is very uninspired.

A little older, the places deserve a refresh. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are to be avoided, the view is somewhat distressing. The buffet at breakfast was interesting. The restaurant is also of quality and offers reasonably varied and well executed dishes. A convenient option when you do not have time to go out. The hotel is also very well located, right in the city center and right next to Central Station.

A perfect location if you are having a weekend break, ideally located for seeing the city on foot. Very close to the shops and the ice bar. Good comfortable rooms with excellent concierge service.

As you would expect from Sheraton, clean, well organized, good breakfast, nice atmosphere and good location too.

Popular, well-located business hotel near the main Central Station (20 min train connection to Arlanda airport). Excellent, friendly service. I can't speak for the rooms as I didn't stay the night.

It is one of the most central buildings of Stockholm with a great view over the waterfront from the city hall. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. It is great for business stay as it is super central and easy to get to

Pro: beautiful spacious room, comfortable bed.
Con: Room too hot, Minibar not refilled after last guest when checking in, expired snack in Minibar, queuing at breakfast, problems with the bill at check out.

More attention to details would be appreciated: rooms could be more clean, service at breakfast more accurate and fast, towels in bathroom in line with people in the room (we were 3 but kept getting only 2 towels despite we signaled 3 times).

Very good hotel, with lot of amenities and things to do. Breakfast is super-great, however in 2 years it's still the same, in every single food.

The location of this hotel is incredible! From Stockholm's central station, it's a few minutes' walk. And from the hotel we walk to the main sights of the Swedish capital.
The service at this hotel is a great differentiator! I had a birthday during the stay and I was surprised with a DELICIOUS cake in the room, when I arrived from a walk. Mrs. Paula, Brazilian, who supports guests in the lounge club, is incredible, very attentive, professional, gave us countless tips from the city and made our stay at the hotel very special. We will always return to this hotel. Detail: all the meals we ordered at the room service were delicious! Highlight for Club Sandwich with rustic potatoes!

Hotel lies in a good location near the Stathuset and Gamla Stan. The Rooms are large and the bathrooms we're great. Good showers. The Service Personal ist very polite and tries to help you in many things, like location infos (where ist the train station) or information about the departures at the airport.

It was OK. The staff was friendly and nice. One issue I had was with taxi services - just come out of the hotel and get one because when reception calls for a taxi it takes forever while taxis are parked literally right next to the hotel.

The rooms and the overall vibe of the hotel was much older than I expected seeing pictures online. Overall, I expected more from Sheraton and this has been one of my least memorable Sheraton experiences.

Nice comfortable cosy rooms. A bit expensive but the location of the hotel is fantastic. It's a lake facing hotel with the Stockholm central station just behind it and all happening places within walking distance. The room prices compensate the travelling expenses.

Grear hotel! Just a very limited menu for vegan/vegetarians. I had to order from ubereats and they have the delivery man a hard time ...very central though

Very good location, 5 mins walk from Central Station and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Nice facilities as well as very friendly and helpful staff. I'll stay there again.

Went for drinks. Bad assortment of ciders but good drinks.
