ECCC photo and autograph sessions were in the ballroom area. Nice, but too crammed with people

I was there for the gingerbread houses this winter. Personally I wasn't a huge fan of the giant line we waited in, but the gingerbread houses were pretty cool.

The Seattle Sheraton Grand Ballroom is a beautiful, spacious venue to have any professional event. The only downside, as with any Seattle event, is the complete lack of parking!

Excellent central location with good conference facilities. WiFi is on the slow side, but free in the lobby. Conference attendees might expect to pay for wifi if you cannot get signal from the lobby. Staff are friendly and diligent.

We were only there for a meeting, but the ballroom was nice, the chairs were comfortable, the people were friendly and helpful, and the food was good and nicely presented. Good place for a meeting.

Aside from the Sheraton in Mexico City this has to be the noisest Sheraton in the world due to the unfortunate layout of the guest room hallways and the proximity of a hospital.

Excellent location on Pike in downtown Seattle only a few blocks from Pike Place Market. Friendly staff, consistently clean rooms and good service.

Great location. Waking distance to fantastic shopping district and Pike's Place. Very clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. I wad here for a convention, and the convention center is right across the street.

Newly upgraded Union St tower is a great improvement. The hotel is top notch!

The actual hotel was quite decent, but it was impossible to get a hotel receipt. They said they would send me the receipt via email rather than print it, but never did. I called them up and it took about 90 minutes of talking to 3 people to get a receipt. I was put on hold 3 times to a number that had no person on the other line, so I had to recall them.

SPG doesn't give you lounge access with gold status. Two separate towers, kind of a pain if you want to go to gym. Rooms are clean. Beds are a little hard. Nice bathroom amenities. Good sized room and good location.

Have not stayed here, but visited the Bar & huge cozy lobby & DAILY Grill restaurant, & 24 hr. quickie espresso/snack store. Many small conferences held there. Closest Hotel to convention center. Across the street from Seattle convention center.

Checked in on 5/11/19. Had a prepaid res thru Expedia. Explained this at check-in. Agent asked for a CC for incidentals. Later that evening I noticed the authorization amount was much higher then normal. Went back to front desk to verify it was prepaid and my card would not be changed; which they confirmed yet again.

Woke up on 5/12/19 to an email stating my card was charged. Told the front desk and they agreed to refund the money but this should never have been an issue to begin with. I found their mistake at check-in but they refused to see it and then again later that evening. As a customer, I shouldn't have to do their job for them nor deal with billing incompetence. Would not recommend staying here.

Clean comfy hotel in a fantastic location. Great beds and soft sheets. Nice pool as well.

Rooms were very nice, bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent and attentive. Lots of opportunities to charge you for extra stuff if you aren't paying attention. Like $1.50 for a local phone call. Seems ridiculous, but it's probably how they keep the rooms cheap.

Was there for a fundraiser. Beautiful, clean, well staffed.

Didn't see the rooms, but the concierge was very professional. I had trouble finding the entrance from the dock, though. It was very nice and well organised. It was a very nice place.

I would have loved to stay at your hotel, however due to the COVID
pandemic, my trip was cancelled and I was not allowed any refund. I hope to rebook for next year, but will look at hotels that are more flexible and customer friendly.

This is a fine hotel to relax while taking in all of the excitment of downtown Seattle. Rooms are very comfortable and views are mesmerizing. I will come back here next time.

$57 per night to park here is outrageous. You can park in a number of garages within a couple blocks for a little less than half that (which is still too much).

Amazing. The only problem with this hotel is that it's in Seattle, but the service provided by initially Dexter and later by Anchise was first in the world, at the standard that has been set by every Sheraton where I've stayed over the last 20 years. Great views, ADA access and extremely clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Great location in the heart of the city and a wonderful hotel to enjoy. Rooms were very luxurious and comfortable with an attentive and courteous staff.

Great Sheraton. Located a few blocks from Pike Place and some nice restaurants around. Clean and quiet room. Green choice program. Solid club lounge, one of the better ones in the US. Lobby bar gets quite lively but might have been because of the conference in house this week. Solid choice overall and a nice, no surprise property for a business trip.

Nice enough. No tea making facilities. Wifi is expensive. No guest laundry. TV is really good though, you can plug in a hard drive or device. People are nice

The staff is nice and professional. The hotel is very clean. The hotel is more of the pricier options. However it is in a good location to restaurants and attractions.

They offer a deal of 500 points and room service comes once every 3 days for the length of your stay. I would not recommend this option. You need about 12000 to 16000 points per each free night.

I did not stay over night, but attended a professional gathering for work. The event room was clean and spacious. No food was served, only alcohol. The staff was friendly and professional. I would attend another event at this venue.

Great location to market and downtown...wonderful people

As a child my family used to stay here during the holidays to take in the sights and sounds of Seattle all done up. As an adult I've attended several events here and never been disapointed. The hotel is beautifully decorated and painstakingly maintained. The location is perfect for anybody wanting to experience downtown Seattle to its fullest!

Was volunteering at the Geological Society of America President's Gala as a student. Having worked hospitality in the past, I noticed a few things that stood out. The place was immaculate. The staff was quick, professional, and went out of their way to ensure that even the volunteers were well taken care of. The bartender had an uncanny memory when it came to refilling drinks, which was made more impressive by the fact that geologists are a notoriously thirsty bunch. The food was great as was the view. It was easily the best volunteering experience I've had in that I went in expecting to just be effectively a member of the staff, but instead was treated like a valued guest. An all around great experience.

Overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the room I stayed in was comfortable. However, toiletries in the room was somewhat lacking (no toothbrushes or razors). Location is very convenient and easy to find, especially when coming off the I-5.

Came for the gingerbread exhibit with my nephews. Had fun looking at the free exhibit but waited in line for over an hour and the exhibit was a bit and small.

Was part of a business meeting, food and accommodations were great.

Gingerbread village was absolutely incredible. I just wish there were more exhibits for the 2 hour wait. The donations people make are so important though. Great cause
