Sheraton Seattle Hotel Review

Loved it was here back in 2010 for a Concert and still the same great service 6 years later

Good location downtown. Right across the street from the convention center.

Had an amazing stay multiple times. The sweets are amazing large and the views are gorgeous and with a moderate price they still made the stay feel like we were royalty. Still amazed at the size a of window that went from wall to wall, only covered with a small relaxing area so you could lay in front of window and bask in its glory.

Great location just downtown. Quiet with a good fitness room.

Really nice Starbucks in the lobby and large quiet rooms.

Rooms nice enough. The bed was very comfortable. Coffee shop in lobby fairly reasonable if a bit slow

Late arriving but the Sheraton hostess was more than accommodating. The only snag seemed to be with their computer system, but everything else was fantastic.

A decent hotel in a great location. The union tower is way way nicer than Pike.

Love the hotel but their front desk service has to get better

Stayed on the 13th Sept for one night. Got charged for the room twice and a cancellation fee even thou I was their and paid for it. Still waiting to be reimbursed ... no one from Sheraton Grand willing to help or get back to me regarding the overcharging. Shocking customer service. BEWARE Check your Bill before checking out.

Very clean and comfortable. Good amenities. Price a bit high on Thursday night football . But all raise there price for special events.

This is a good example of what all people who regularly stay at a Sheraton do expect. Great location & staff.

Newly renovated, beautiful property...great location downtown. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel

Centrally located and walking distance to downtown and the waterfront .

The hotel has a lovely lobby, friendly staff, and the rooms are nice. Parking is fairly expensive overnight though..

Room was clean and nice. Not the best view from my particular room but overall I was very happy with my stay. The hotel is in a cool part of downtown.

Service is very slow, expensive. Food is not that great.breakfast is not free when they are charging 800USD per night.Hilton is much better than this.

Poor platinum recognition. Chaotic check in. Large groups. Impersonal staff.

I stay here for work quite often and they treat myself (and all their guests) very well. The front desk staff is very courteous, efficient, and caring to your needs as you stay in your home away from home . They have a nice work out facility and is located in the heard of downtown. Easily walking distance to many great places in the area. It s always a pleasure to stay with the folks here at the Sheraton.

Staff is very kind and helpful. I was an overnight guest for a conference in the area and room service, bell hope, and restaurants we're very flexible to accommodate odd schedules.

Went to see the whoville exhibit, but the line was long and slow.

Great place to stay. Clean and neat with good USB ports for charging devices. Also, HDMI connections to TV. The 35th floor has a neat pool and gym. It would be nice if it had views of the the city and the bay, but it's just the city.

Great service at the bar. Drinks are reasonably priced. Large area with plenty of tables allowed for privacy with a date.

this is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views from our 24th floor room. My only complaint is that the sheets are very scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep on. This is not what I would expect from a Sheraton Grand hotel.

Stayed here for a wedding. The hotel and all of the staff are amazing. Great location and within walking distance of so much to do in Seattle.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and well- furnished, and the shower had great hot water.

Went for the gingerbread houses to raise money for JDRF. Line was long but worth the wait.

Clean and big room. Walkable distance from downtown and most general points of interest. Inexpensive taxi ride to the port for cruise ships.

Clean, very nice space. This might have been more if the event organizer part, but the entrance from Pike Street and 6th Ave was locked so we had to wait for someone to open the door for us. But again, not a big problem.

Amazing views of the city. Grab a room above 30th floor!

It's a decent hotel. I'm giving 1 star because there is no free wifi in the rooms.

Good hotel with a five minute walk from pike place market and in the thick of all the downtown attractions.

Hotel is huge. Wine lounge is lively. Concierge is helpful.

Nice place to have a conference if you are willing to deal with horrendous Seattle traffic

Rooms are nice and clean but the hotel is a mess. I waited 4 hours to check into my room. I told them I needed early check in because I had the flu and need a bed asap. They didn't seem to care. Our friends got their rooms hours before me.

Great Gingerbread house display during the Holidays

The rooms are gorgeous and the view is amazing. The event areas are spacious and easy to maneuver through.

Beautiful place I recommend but you got to have money

Very comfortable beds. Great view of the city. Overall nice experience.

I stayed in the club level. The room was lovely and most the staff was nice. A few were rude but overall it was a good stay.

It's a very nice place. Only issue for me is I'm in a wheelchair and the carpets are REALLY not good for wheelchairs

Centrally located hotel. The lack of hotels in downtown Seattle has caused over priced hotels with average customer service

Went to go see gingerbread houses and it was fairly cool. Didn't actually spend the night so can't give a great review

Ate at the restaurant. Had the salmon burger. The sauce was overpowering. And the salmon is a party with little to no flavor.

The rooms are spacious with great views of downtown Seattle. The staff is attentive and the in-house restaurants are great

Great place for a conference and the food was pretty good too

Room that smelled of vomit. Dirty bathroom door with hand prints. Lobby smelled of many ladies' perfume and old coffee. Not at all worth the price.

Under renovation now! No club lounge until Feb2018 therefore daily small snack and only non-alcohol 1 drink serve at the tiny bar for thier platinum member. Joking! Terrible water pressure for shower and mostly cheap meterials used. ONLY US power point avaiable even after renovation! Plus terribly noisy aircon! Old building. This hotel is just for the location otherwise go anywhere, many choices in Seattle anyway.

The conference rooms were nice and the service was good.
