Checked in on 5/11/19. Had a prepaid res thru Expedia. Explained this at check-in. Agent asked for a CC for incidentals. Later that evening I noticed the authorization amount was much higher then normal. Went back to front desk to verify it was prepaid and my card would not be changed; which they confirmed yet again.

Woke up on 5/12/19 to an email stating my card was charged. Told the front desk and they agreed to refund the money but this should never have been an issue to begin with. I found their mistake at check-in but they refused to see it and then again later that evening. As a customer, I shouldn't have to do their job for them nor deal with billing incompetence. Would not recommend staying here.
