Sheraton Midtown at Colony Square Reviews

Getting a makeover at this prime location. Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, SunTrust Bank and many restaurants there as well. Great display of Christmas trees on display now. Fat Tuesday celebration from 11:30 to 2 on 2/13.

Amazing office buildings. Tons of renovations going on with new buildings going up and lots of new restaurants coming in

The only trouble with the experience was finding parking. Colony Square is renovating the underground parking area.

Under construction mbut it looks really good. The areas open are clean and organized.

Went to the Establishment. The atmosphere was amped, nice mix of mature and young adults.

Fun spot, roof-top bar is nice, a place called The Establishment has great drinks

The front desk is extremely polite and helpful. I got transfer over to security deptarment and eventually parking department. Everyone was more than willing to answer my questions. Thanks guys!

A great place handle business and have a light lunch

Some parts are under construction. Before this, Colony Square was quite nice. I shall be looking for the fresh update.

Nice assortment of eateries. But the parking situation is a nightmare!!

Favorite gathering location for Atlanta parades. Often live music. I have not shopped there.

They're doing construction for the next 18 months. Parking is expensive. Great staff.

It's a nice place for any meal of the day. There's also a museum.

Not a friendly relationship with residents of condominiums. Whatever restaurants move in may have a hard time in that environment.

A pretty decent place to hang out if you in midtown & your looking for something to eat on the go or just relax in the food court. But everything closes around 3pm so it becomes deserted & quite. Enjoy what you can when you can...

Don't come here for food untill the renovation is complete. Not many choices this time.

Totally avoidable. Finding parking in the basement is a royal pain because construction has been going on for over a year and is expected to go on for another year, at least, according to tenants. Parking cost me $22 for under 3 hours.

Clean, not much here, avoid on weekends, it's mostly m - f and a ghost town in weekends other than a coffee shop, it's across street from high museum.

DO not park here during construction a mass Booting of cars and high charge for parking.... Shame on them!!! AVOID

The building is beautiful. I was there on the weekend so most of the business were closed. But the facility was nicely appointed for my meeting space.

Cool outdoor space and events. Too bad there's always construction going on. Wish there were a few more restaurant options.

Beautiful, vibrant. Coffee shops and restaurants are nice.

Used to have lots of small, practical shops but mostly empty now like an abandoned suburban mall. Really feels like they are kicking out the long time residents to "upscale the experience".

Doing construction to the front so difficult to enter.

You know its at the walking corridor to everything Midtown Atlanta. Check out Colony Square... Hang out, people watch, eat, drink, pose w/ art & architecture.

The construction makes parking and visiting unpleasant. I hear it will go on for 2 more years. Already been at least 1 1/2

At the moment the entire area of 14 an Ptree is a costruction zone. Once its done im sure it will b fab. New eaterys sidewalks shrus an trees. Not to mention all the 4 star hotels within walking distanc. One of which(the W) was the reason for my being at Colony Square.

I went there to see the Atlanta Hawks unveil the new Peachtree jerseys.

I love and the place is under going a major reno to offer even more.

Living in Midtown, I am always visiting Colony-Square.

I had heard this place had a great food court. They are renovating and only have a few restaurants open. Difficult to find how to get in and a little dangerous.

Under renovation and reconstruction at the moment...

Whatever you do - DO NOT LEASE SPACE FROM THESE PEOPLE. I leased for nearly two years. I discovered that my outgoing mail was not being sent - the idiot at the front desk was not mailing it even though he was receiving the labels each day as agreed. On top of that, they lost an insane amount of my incoming mail. One day, I had to send an outgoing overnight fed ex with a check. Mr. Idiot at the front desk couldn't get the fed ex to work so he sent it 2-3 day priority mail without telling me. Two days later when the contractor called about his check, I asked for the tracking number and he said, "I made the decision to send it priority since I couldn't get fedex to work." I told him NEVER DO THAT AGAIN ON OVERNIGHT MAIL. He told one of the associates I was mad at him and didn't like him any more.

I've received dozens of other people's bank statements, tax bills, returned mail and invoices that are current tenants in the Regus building because he and others are too stupid to put the mail in the right person's name/folder, box or office.

The worst part? I've provided evidence of all of this and he still has a job. After I terminated the rest of my one year lease over all of this, I get a collection agency coming after me for a $5300 bill - which I'll NEVER NEVER NEVER pay.

This business is terrible and if you become associated with it, you will REGRET it.

Office/restaurant/resident complex with frequent community events like St Patrick's Day!

They have a lot of construction going on and the chic fil a is extremely too crowded for lunch.

No prior notification that the parking garage wasn't giving tickets. Had to drive around for an extra 30 minutes to find a parking space.
