This place is a big 'ol mess right now due to ongoing construction, but still has a lot to offer. My dentist and optometrist are here, as well as food trucks during the lunch hour, green market on Mondays, and occasionally other activities on the Market Square. There's also Starbucks, Moe's, and Chick-fil-A. It helps that it's within walking distance for me, but there's underground public parking, too. It will be awesome when the construction is finished, hopefully in a year or so.

Colony Square will soon be undergoing major renovations, so it remains to be seen whether it will become more popular. I attend language classes there, with validated parking, so that's the only reason I end up going there quite frequently. Parking is somewhat pricey as it is anywhere else in and around that area but at least it's a covered deck. The atrium itself is huge, there's a lovely fountain, and it is beautiful with lots of sunlight filtering through, but a majority of the shops are always closed on Saturdays.

Although they are currently remodeling, they always have a wide variety of holiday events. I love attending their Mardi Gras event. They have expanded the Starbucks and adding more restaurants.

I've visited here several times for meetups or events. Getting to the building is easy via MARTA as you can either the Midtown or Arts Center stations.

However, the building is under renovations now so that makes getting to the building a little more tricky now.

This is another "Must See" Atlanta, Georgia visit. At the corner of Peachtree and 14th streets is where you will find Colony Square. Some describe it a the heart of Midtown Atlanta...And some describe it as the social and recreational center of Atlanta. Its the original icon at the core of the ever-growing capital of Georgia..

Colony Square is also bringing the Art of Modern Life to Midtown Atlanta: sophisticated business district, residential, and cultural hot spots which are alive with possibilities of all kinds. One street over is the Woodruff Museum of Art and the High Museum.

It is modernist style in design concept, comprised of three skyscrapers, two containing offices and one housing a hotel, the W Atlanta-Midtown. The three skyscrapers are connected by Colony Square Mall, located beneath a sky-lit atrium and offering a food court, retail, and an athletic club. Also, within the sub-district are three mid-rise condominium buildings, two comprise Colony House and the third, Hanover House.

Colony Square also contains many different street-level restaurants capable of catering to type of taste, including Establishment, which is a upscale lounge, 5Church Atlanta, Chick-fil-a and Starbucks.

The Consulate-General of Canada and the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency all have have regional offices located in Colony Square. It is also the home to the broadcast studios of the CBS Radio Atlanta stations of WVEE, WZGC, and WAOK.

If you want to go to Atlanta, you should pass through this area.

Julie is a very helpful and pleasant landlord. Servce request is always answered quickly. When we had bug issues last year, she bought all kinds of bug termination stuff, and it helped. I'd recommend installing an AC window unit in the living room, otherwise it gets really hot in the summer there.

The view from Colony Square's helipad is absolutely gorgeous. Watching the sun set while listening to live jazz music is an experience to be had. Jazz in the Sky at Colony Square is a success

The renovation (and ongoing transformation) is amazing. The owners of this property really took their time to make this place unique in midtown. You can tell that they have invested and are investing a ton of money in this place. A few years ago, it was outdated but now. Colony Square is a great place to grab a bite or relax in the heart of midtown.

Currently under major construction (Spring and Summer 2018); no actual shopping to speak of, there is however a US Post office, a Moe's, a Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks. Parking in the deck is easy but finding your way around takes practice or directions.

It's hard to give a fair review since there is a massive renovation under way. Still there are tasty restaurants and useful institutions. It's also a good opportunity to meet radio personalities as they've stations in the 400 building.

It's nice. They have really good stores here but parking and traffic always seems to be an issue. As a driver for Uber I hate taking people here but as a shopper they have most the stores I want. :/
