Very nice, clean room. Great location for found into NYC.

Very nice staff, rooms are great, breakfast is very good.

Small rooms. Could be a little cleaner. Asked for a room near the elevator but our room as almost as far from it that you could get.

Easy to check into. Right off the highway. Quiet. Room was spacious. Smelled a little like smoke, but was clean. Nothing major to complain about. Good value, easy to get to, and clean spacious room.

A nice lodging for three nights, situated in more affordable NJ as opposed to Manhattan. Mostly quiet though one of our rooms looked out onto a noisy parking lot. With loud undesirables coming and going all hours of the night.

Pretty nice hotel. Staff is friendly. Hotel is pretty clean and seems more recently updated. The night I stayed there was another large group of people that checked in and were running up and down the halls, banging on their friend's walls, and shouting until around midnight. Not the hotels fault but I feel like they should have more control. I'm hoping my room (room 210) was just a bad one but nearly half the outlets were broken. The nightstand also had what seemed to be dried up blood. However, they did place a rubber ducky by the tub. I don't think this makes up for all the broken outlets and the dried blood though.

Our room was dusty and extremely small. Their "complimentary breakfast" was a brown paper bag with a bagel thrown in, a yogurt and a utensil pack. The toilet flush was so loud and obnoxious and was always on the verge of clogging. The towels were all torn and the tub had a brown ring.

Great staff, always have many items shipped here when I travel in for work and they have no problem storing it until I arrive. Decent workout room with dumbells uo to 50lbs. Very easy to travel to and from.

Outstanding stay everytime I am here. The rooms are full featured and the staff is phenomenal.

I've stayed here several times on business, it is a good hotel. The location is good, the service is also good, there is the normal selection for breakfast which is included, and the same staff is here every time.

Very clean and comfortable. Happy with my stay as this was a two night stay. Staff was friendly as well as on top of the linens and towels. No complaints and will remember in future bookings when coming back in the area.

Poor Costumer service attitude and lack of professionalism.
Costumer service is about making the costumer welcomed and served not argued with and up charging price because staff felt offended. When all we needed was a room to sleep in.

Been up 24+ hours just wanted a room to sleep in and the staff decided to read from a manual for 10 mins to ask would you want to do two nights? that s the only way the policies of our system works .

A great place to stay with family and friends. Also, a great escape! However, there's no pool. There's nothing to do inside. No bar no club. However, they do have a great complimentary breakfast. My room didnt have a great view. The room was a bit small. I would definitely recommend.

I recently stayed here to attend NYCC, it is 20min from the city and the kind staff gave us all the information we needed to get there. Would stay there again when NYCC returns.

Love the beds, just like most Marriott hotels. Room is very nice but was street side so you could hear vehicles going by.

The front desk clerk was way nice. They gave me everything I needed that so forgot at home. The rooms are really nice. Includes fridge and microwave. Definitely a good experience.

This is an excellent 2 Start hotel located in East Rutherford One block from the Station bus that get you to New York. The area where is located is silent and secure. The interior of the hotel is old but nice. The our room was big Enough for a family of 4 adults. I didn't like the rug but the bathtub was a great plus after a long day in New York. Service was good and attentive. Breakfast was really good with an ample variety of food. Parking and WiFi was another big plus of this hotel.

I like this Fairfield over many others, for the peace and quiet, comfortable rooms, clean throughout hotel, hot breakfast, plenty of parking, internet TV, HBO/SHOWTIME, YOUTUBE, and much more.....

A good mid range choice, comfortable, some traffic noise depending on which side of the building you are on.

Basic and does the job. Breakfast is appalling. Easy transport links into NYC via the 163 or 164 directly outside the venue.

Liked it very much, staff is good, and its near by to NY by public transport.

Rooms were nice, breakfast was hot and tasted good but shower plumbing and exhaust needs work. There's nothing like standing in a foot of your own dirty shower water.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend and even with the crowds this place was great. Rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was descent for continental...coffee was good and hot. Staff was on top of it all. We would come back and Highly recommend.

The walls where ripped and dirty.Windows weren't clean the rug was okay.

Rooms were decent, it was unfortunate they did not run their own shuttle to Met Life stadium.

Great hotel! Close to city, and has a bus pickup nearby to get to New York. Good breakfast, quick service, and overall a great experience!

This is a popular hotel for tours and vacationers. The lobby will be crazy busy every morning and expect to hear slamming doors all night.

Rooms are pretty nice! The management was super great to get us a new room after we had an issue with the first one.

Stay was great. Staff was the greatest. Very kind and hospitable. Was a pleasure seeing her every day. She always had room in shape with bed made and or clean sheets. She greeted me by name every time I ran into her and would ask if I needed anything else. She is awesome!!

20 minute bus ride to nyc. Nice breakfast but a very long line. Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. But first the tub didn't drain when taking a shower. I did tell the front desk about this and they said they would fix it but it still didn't drain. Also we found a sneaker under the bed. The counter space in the bathrooms is too small.

It was a decent stay, certainly not the worst. The rooms were not to big but in a family of four fit pretty nicely. The breakfast was good for hotels but the tables were all moved because of construction but we could eat in a meeting room. Also the hotel was conveniently located next to MetLife stadium which is where we went. Over all decent stay

The friendliest staff I've met in a hotel, very accommodating. Breakfast was very good, it offers a variety of selections, from eggs, meats, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, homemade waffles, etc. Coffee is delicious, 3 to 4 other breakfast drinks. My stay was great, and will definitely be revisiting. Thank you and happy New Year.

Near from Bus stop and just 1 stop in the heart of Manhattan! And off course free parking! Room is clean. Loved my stay here. Will come here next time too. :)

Was only in the lobby. Very clean and nice. Would definitely stay overnight.

Price is decent, breakfast is average, TVs at the Marriott are the end of the line for me. If you try to plug in any device to the TV via HDMI, the remote no longer functions properly. They have some sort of media controlling device plugged into the back. In my humble opinion this is a bad idea. I'm a Gold member with Marriott.

The room was fine and has what you need. Nothing fancy. The breakfast was standard for this type of place. There's not much walking distance but a few options for delivery.
