Great hotel. Nice and clean rooms. WiFi is fast and always stable. Many amenities included in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good sized TV.

Facility, services are confortable with a suitable accommodation fee. Room is clean up everyday, Recommended!

Enjoyed their warm service, with good and clean room. Plus factor are the restaurants and mall around the hotel.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in town. Live so comfortable. Helpfull costumer service. Nice to have walk around here. Nice weather around. Not to far from the city. Has strategic position in town. Easy to recognize and found. Nice cafeteria and nice food I had I here. The hotel is clean, the bed ia comfortable. Nice view from the hotel room outside seen the cityscapes.

Nice hotel with old fashion decoration. The service is ok, maybe the staffs need to talk nicely and more polite to guests.

1. Breakfast is rich and delicious.
2. The counter service staff has a good attitude.
3. The attitude of the door staff is good.
4. The room and equipment are slightly older, but they are well maintained.
5. The room is large and tidy.
6. Convenient transportation, there is a big store opposite.
7. The location is clear, it is convenient to take the UBER when you call the car or return to the hotel.

I didn't stay here but visited one of it's restaurants, Celestial Court for my mother's birthday.

My mother is very traditional and a picky eater so I decided to take her for the dim sum buffet. She didn't complain one bit meaning the food was delicious! The service was impeccable and prompt. The wait staff always had a smile on their faces.

If this is any indication, I am positive that Sheraton's other services and amenities are just as good, if not better!

This place has a good spread of lunch buffet. one has to be hungry before the buffet so as to enjoy the variety of food.
Unfortunately those who drive into the parking areas would be surprised at the high cost- Rm30 is pretty common for a quiet lunch with the better half.

The room was comfortable and big enough to be clean, but keep in mind that sometimes the towels are not available, but overall they are very satisfying.

Marvelous food. The coordinator, Matthew was kind enough to provide mobile no, make it easier for me to communicate on the lunch arrangement. Room set up was cozy and away from busy restaurant environment.
Oooohhh..they even had 40% discount for CIMB card holder...thats really great. We came for office CNY lunch event. Overall we are satisfied with this place.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city and most tourist attractions are at a walkable distance. It has very good ambience and facilities but my visit was hit by water and air conditioner issues. The crew we're very slow in fixing it

After more than 19 years its still the same atmosphere.... Very comfortable i can say.

Breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and friendly staff

Great location and easy access to KLCC and Sungai Wang. Rooms very comfortable but make sure to request non smoking floor as it can get a bit overwhelming on floors where smoking is allowed. Pool its great. Breakfast covers all bases and dietary habits. Stayed 3 times in Jan/Feb for a total of a week. The staff are very friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Good location with easy access to various districts in KL, great rooms and service. The executive lounge is an added bonus for those on the executive floors.

Getting a bit dated, but still very well maintained, good facilities, big rooms.

Check-in took quite a while. There's no members check in desk too. Parking machine was a nightmare

Sheraton KL is part of Marriot Bonvoy which you can utilize its perks including making request via its app.
Located in Jalan Sultan Ismail and opposite of Quaill City Mall, increasing food choice and shopping option.
Check in experience can be speed up. Room is neat and clean with a fusion of modern bedroom and classic vanity in the bathroom

Outdated hotel at high prices. There are better options in the area. The swimming pool is not clean. Too many tourists and families from China.

Beautiful hotel. Elegant, classy and everything you can ask for on a vacation. The room service and onsite restaurants serve delicious food. The spa is out of this world. The pool is clean with lots of lounges for everyone. Poolside service was pretty good also. Beautiful views from the room!

The rooms are clean and clean, close to the Gaoka Railway, and there is a large shopping mall opposite, which is very convenient

Ideally situated with a beautiful mall across the road as well as station. The hotel is classy, very spacious bedrooms that are neat and tidy. Bathrooms do however need an upgrade. Breakfast was lovely. Extremely accommodating staff.

Your seafood risotto is super yummy. But wonder if I had the kids meal.

Located at heart of the city, Twin and KL Towers are at walkable Distance. You can visit both towers in approximately 5-10 min of time from here. Near to Medan Tuanku Station so Easy Commuting. Very Good City Views from Rooms. Good Staffing and Maintenance. Enjoyed my stay.

I just changed my review, now the rooms are totally refurbished, and the service improved a lot, everything is clean and the bed is comfortable. totally recommended.

I have stayed in this hotel few times for work. The rooms are good. Staff is okey but does not understand your personal needs like tea coffee requirements. They don't refill them unless asked for or even forget to add again. Breakfast buffet is okey from vegetarian perspective. Internet is fine. Tv channel options are limited. Checkin and checkout is fast. Reception staff is very good. Worth staying again and again.

I stayed at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel 3 nights, and from the beginning to the end my stay was amazing.

1. Check in process - fast with a genuine caring and smile. Great SPG Platinum recognition, I felt like a valuable guest.
2. Room - very spacious, clean, and well equipped.
3. Food - breakfast - many gr8 options, and just simply delicious (I could even have my favorite beef carpaccio for a breakfast!), room service - food was served fast even at the midnight.
4. Laundry service - first of all, very fast. My clothes were washed and ironed at the same day without even asking (!). Even more, my shirts vere ironed perfectly, not even with a single crumple.
5. Club lounge - great food, very sympathetic staff.

I've been staying at Starwood properties more than 11 years and during this time I slept at more than 500 Starwood hotels, and I do not remember when last time I wrote such an enthusiastic review. Thank you guys for everything. I will be back to Kuala Lumpur for sure, and you will be one of the reasons. The Highest Level of Hospitality.

Great choices for food at buffet. Upscale and slightly expensive though.

The view is not very good, but... I feel better with the notice that I will give you towels, gowns, and amenities.

I was very disappointed with the Christmas buffet at the Sheraton this year. Many things were missing from the highlight menu that was featured on their website. The food was ok. Nothing was great. For what you got it was very over priced. They were also quite late getting the food out so we missed some stuff. I wouldn't recommend eating here after this experience.

Snow crab is delicious except for sushi.The snow crab that comes out on geumtoil is thawed.

Excellent place for Sunday Brunch at Villa Danieli.

The hotel is nice. The downside is you gotta pay for parking which I find it doesn't makes sense

I have to sleep here to get the richest person to have the service too bad? Look at the ordinary smiles do not even get the problem of household problems to do not go to work. If I know well I go to the hotel.

A bit run down..but room is big and spacious..bathroom has a shower and a bathtub too! Only 2 levels of smoking rooms so if u need a smoking room it is better to book early!
