Sheraton Heliopolis Towers Review

It's a very modern well-organized hotel ...its main issue is the bathroom which has the western style and doesn't comfort me but other than that it's a perfect hotel

Great hotel, was great when it was Sheraton, when it was Fairmont and now when it's a Hilton. Amazing restaurants, the people working there are the same regardless of management and they've been in the hospitality business for quite the longest time.

Good option if you want a getaway within Cairo with a nice pool, or if you want. A place to stay that's near the airport.

The hospitality and receptionist were excellent staff with the knowledge that I stayed at Fairmont Nile and it was very excellent

In fact, the hotel is one of the largest and best hotels in Cairo, but is located somewhat far from the archaeological areas of Cairo; otherwise this is compensated by the high efficiency of the staff and the high level of services and proximity to Cairo airport.

It looks great in general. But my experience was not great. The room was average for a Hilton or a 5 star hotel. Also I had to wait till 4 p.m to check in. I was there for a conference, so we had lunch there. Lunch was also average.

A special place. Its coefficient is very good. Availability of places of prayer was appreciated. Breakfast in Ramadan only lacks dates. The rest of the food was good. I think that arranging the food on the tables needed time coordination, which would allow the dear brothers who provide food more comfort and time to also eat their breakfast comfortably. Frankly I was busy with them.

The hotel is fantastic and the service is excellent

This is a great hotel, really worth every star of its five. Fancy lobby with vast spaces and a chance to walk around. Music at night and occasionally live singing, a collection of restaurants and places to spend time with a friend, or just relaxing by yourself. The rooms are superb and so is the room service. Breakfast: could not be better.

All services are available and many international restaurants are a sophisticated health club. The staff are very friendly and very friendly with all close proximity to the airport and the big malls.
