Excellent 5 stars hotel contains many halls to wedding parties and medical conferences and many different restaurants.

Clean and nice hotel the new building is really nice .. the area around nasr have alot of nice places and restaurants

My experience is not good with this hotel after I switched from Vermont to Hilton, so if I stay in the old building, the smell of cigarettes, even in rooms where smoking is not allowed, fills the place in a way that leads to problems for those who have difficulty breathing. Unfortunately, I went through a very bad experience and I had to pay a higher amount to move to a room in the new building .... In fact, the employees are mostly cooperative, but the status of the old building needs reconsideration.

We were happy with the place but the coffee has been found in all the major hotel rooms; espresso; and no big place on the Hilton

Its a five star hotel with all state of the art facilities

Hotel Kharawaveh is hard and the place is pretty and the view is beautiful

The lobby entrance is very high and my problem is in Arabic

This is a huge five star hotel with many facilities. Everything is well maintained
A diversity of restaurants are available in the hotel.
Everybody is professional and welcoming. They take their job seriously and with a smile.
A gym that offers sportswear for the entire length of your stay.
A very clean luxurious spa and massage.
The rooms are clean, well furnished and capacious (deluxe and signature rooms) with pool and garden views. All the standard 5 star in room facilities and service are available. Very comfortable beds.
The location is very close to nearby attractions and malls.
The prices are within average for similar international hotel chains; but do look out for seasonal promotions and offers and do call the hotel as some of the offers are not listed on online booking sites.
Breakfast at the main restaurant is a good open buffet with quite a wide selection for every taste.
Bottom line... A worthy luxurious getaway right at the city centre.

Bad experience indeed, the check in was messed up with regards to the rate provided which carried a huge mismatch between the two rooms I booked; I specifically asked for no smoking rooms and ended up on the smoking floor and when I tried to call from the room to change no response; moreover; the smell of the floor was entirely smoke filled and the bed sheets were also full of this smell.
The food is not good at all and we ended up suffering from diarrhea; it was only when we complained about anything that they try to make it better but that is not happening as expected in any 5 star hotel by default.
The swimming pool was repulsive to my children due to the extreme amount of bugs.
House keeping was below average and I had to ask for many things which again wasn't by default present.
I don't suggest this hotel unless u are obliged to stay in it.
One last note; we wrote a feedback to five people in the hotel and no response whatever and this can only reflect the poor management and customer service you would face if you check in this hotel.

A very decent hotel. Nothing magical. Very popular for wedding stuff (photo sessions and bridal room... Etc)
