Sheraton Heliopolis Towers Review

A hotel where I enjoyed myself and wanted to live in it instead of my home

Over priced, rude staff, pre reserved lunch is horrible .

Some of the personnel working in this hotel are aggressive and missing a lot about appropriate dealing with the guests.

Today I attended a meeting with Asyut Cement Company and the place was a summit in luxury and distinguished services. The meeting was followed by a concert by the artist Mohammed Adaweya and presented to the paragraphs of the brilliant artist Khalid Alish and concluded the meeting with a royal dinner.

The place is wonderful and fun, but only a certain group can pay the price, but the price is worth it, as it is a good place for deals, recreation and business

A unique place with spacious event halls and very fine rooms. Your feeling at the entrance is enough to speak about it with a very very high ceiling and wide area with some fountains and palm trees indoors

Busiest in Egypt and also close to airport and city

If you are looking for a great service and be close to the heart of Cairo... This is the place to stay in

I stayed at Fairmont Heliopolis for almost 3 weeks on a business trip in Cairo. There are various bars and restaurants with good ambiance that you can choose. The complementary breakfast was really boring though. I had to eat the same thing over and over everyday throughout the trip.

A very nice five star hotel located in Salah Salem Street, Cairo

The place is very sweet and clean and close to the airport and from the marketing locations of the Sun City Mall and the Cafe District

A good place to stay in Cairo near the airport, Cafe and bar are quiet and service is very good.
Note: You don't have to be guest to enter the bars or cafe.

High speed Internet free. Get all services easy and fast. Big TV. Good food. 5 srats are not enough to describe.

Very cosy rooms with all facilties offered , the hotel has a gym , a pool , a salon , different cuisines restaurants , place with shisha , nice bars , ball rooms and meeting rooms as well. Beds are very comfy and complimentary tea and coffee are offered in the room. Location of the hotel is very accessible with a big parking area, vallet service is also available. A very big lobby with internet access . Which is all u might need for a relaxing vacation inside the city or even a business trip

Worst Experience, We were treated in a very disrespectful way. Just because we are Egyptians doesn't mean we shouldn't be welcomed like foreigners!

The good thing the hotel was near to the airport but if you want to be even nearest to the airport there is Le Meridien, anyway the hotel is quite nice, massive lobby with dome glasses and fake palm trees.

Arrived at the airport quite earlier and the lady allowed us to check in anyway as they have quite empty room, checkin was quick.

Room quite big and new, nothing special except there was a nice selection of pillow to choose for, the bathroom quite big as well.

Had breakfast after I checked in, it was horrible. Pastry was dry, butter was off, very limited selection, I used to be at other fairmont property in Asia before, their bfast was spectacular but this one eh eh eh, had to leave after my tea and some fruits.

There were quite number restaurant if you want to dine at the hotel, I tried the Thai restaurant, was not bad but not good as well, just fine.

I went back to the check in desk asking about my room number as I need it to tell the restaurant staff to put the bill on the room, i couldnt remember the room number after many and long meetings, me and my colleague were sharing a room, we checked in together and both handed up our passport, but when I asked the guy at desk he wouldnt give me any information about my room even tho I was staying at the hotel and gave my colleague name and details, he refused to give the information, was so embarrassed. So what was the point asking both our passports.

Anyway, they provide a complimentary airport shuttle which is leave every hour, takes only 15 mnts. Dont forget yo remember ur terminal as Cairo has few terminal and not in the same building.

Overall this is just business hotel, if you want to be near the airport yes could be an option to stay but if visiting cairo and would like to do things this hotel not a good option as the hotel way far from the center, and traffic in Cairo ohlala soo horrendous
