Comfortable and very clean place with an excellent service

Very bad experience. If you intend to come to rest and sleep this is not the place. My husband and I came to an operation and had to sleep to rest but it is 4:16 am and it is time we can not sleep since there is a reception / wedding downstairs and first the pum pum of the music, then the mariachis, and now a cumbiambera orchestra. They sing beautifully but in the early hours with sleep it is annoying. The refrigerator does not work and that I paid for the luxury room, since there were supposedly no more available and then I realized that there were but they were for the wedding. Ahhhh and the internet is charged if not, there is no internet. I never, never, never come back here. Pay not to sleep!

Some problems with the rooms in question of maintenance.

I am very upset Since I stayed on November 28 at this hotel in the group reservations group of Camila.and in the name of Olga Carrillo. However, when I arrived from another city, I paid the reservation myself that day. The hotel had the indication "early check in" as we all arrived early to the hotel. And to me, only to me, they charged me one more night for arriving at 10 am, when all the others arrived at 8 am and no charge was made. This, I suppose, they did because they saw that I arrived alone, but my reservation was in the name of the Camila group. My annoyance is because this is not done, the agreement must be respected and with me they did not do it. I wish they would reimburse me that night paid because it is absurd. The person who made the reservations is also upset by this situation. And on the other hand, the room that touched me, looked into the kitchen and all night long it was heard that they washed dishes and glasses, which prevented sleep. Pay attention to that please. I await your comments and the possibility of reimbursement. Otherwise, I would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Thank you!

They charged me an extra night for their mistake and it took me 3 weeks to return the money, after an endless number of calls and emails.

Good Hotel, just a bit slow internet in the room. The breakfasts were pretty good.

Renovated lobby and some renovation to the rooms. Appreciated the relatively large space of the room, but this hotel in general is tired and in need of update.

-One elevator for entire building is not enough
-A/C doesn't work super well, remained warm most of the night
-Area around hotel isn't super nice
