I have been here 14 years. I came with my husbands and we loved it from the beginning. My husband died in an accident 6 years ago. I have felt great support since his death, I feel safe and have been surrounded with good friends. I am very glad to be here as a widow.
We love living here we live on the island. We have a two-bedroom two bath we see the caloosahatchee river from every room
IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD!!!! Awful management!!! I would never suggest this place! The staff is nasty and rude towards the members, the management is unprofessional in every way you could possibly imagine and handles situations piss poorly! You claim you re a family oriented facility and a good Christian company yet you treat people like they re worthless! I would never suggest this place for anyone! You re better off at Vi at Bentley living! It s not worth the prices to live there and get the treatment you do! Worst staff member I ve ever dealt with is a man named Paul! Take your money anywhere else but shell point!!

I have a relative that lives there seems like they are understaffed.
My wife and I moved into Shell Point after visiting 14 other such facilities, from Washing state, Oregon, California, Arizona and Florida. This is the best and should be considered by anyone looking for a retirement community that provides life cycle living from independent quarters to hospice.
Mark and Jo , those are not manatees in the pool , they are over sized , over weight seniors .

My husband and I moved to Shell Point 5 years ago and loved it right from the start. I was in my mid 60's when we moved here. I found the community to be full of very interesting residents who have led fulfilling lives. The staff is amazing. They are all so engaged in their jobs and look for extra ways to help the residents. The restaurants, which are open to the public, offer a wonderful selection of delicious food. Shell Point supports many different kinds of sports, artistic pursuits, learning opportunities, social events, performing arts, travel far & wide, etc. It continues to add and refresh amenities on a regular basis. It is a wonderful place to live!
Great community with a beautiful manatee pool with lots of manatees. Very nice staff.
My uncles friend is in the memory care unit and it was a terrible experience short staff wouldn t want myself or parents in this place
I came to Shell Point 20 years ago and have never regretted it one day.
Now at 97 I am independent happy, and active. I feel secure and my family enjoy visiting this great place.
Beautiful place to retire. Everyone I talk to loves living here. There's a marina, gardening space, waterfront views, an excellent restaurant and the apartments are lovely.
Without lies if you looking for a good place to live shell Point is the one for you and your family, enjoyed the rest of your life no scare at all they provide you with full security/ if you forget my name call me P.T.S

I have a friend who lives here, she has a very nice apartment with a great view of the gulf
Love this place! Although I am just a visitor, I love meeting my friends who live there. They are happy and the Chrystal Dinning room is wonderful!
Two sets of family members live there. Both very happy. Staff is exceptional.
