Had lunch at Zee's. Food is amazing but pricey but so worth it. Staff are professional and friendly.

Nice rooms for the price and and a good location. The hostess Jen was absolutely amazing and made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this place.

This was the third time we stayed overnight in NOTL and the Shaw Club was by far the nicest place. The service was amazing. Breakfast was amazing and dinner was even better! Our waiter for dinner was charming and attentive. They were quick to deliver bottled water and towels to our room. It was a twenty five minute walk to two wineries. Looking forward to our next visit.

Definitely the most modern hotel in Niagara On The Lake. Very nice/helpful staff and the location can't be beat.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Coffee in the lounge was great. Loved the little touches in the room like the guest book to sign and the option of a pet fish during your stay! Felt right at home.

We went for dinner at Zee's and the whole experience was awful. The food had no flavor (although in the past the food was tasty so they might have changed the chef). The service was so unprofessional by one of their staff members who apparently was the "head waiter". He yelled at us because we moved tables and raised his voice at my father!!

Peeling wallpaper, peeling varnish, pockmarked headboard... this place looked crisp and modern 10 years ago but it's showing its age and it's time to freshen it up. Cheers to the friendly staff though!

Came for a wedding. Stayed overnight at the Shaw Club. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and organized. Lots of utility. Great location. Wonderful stay!

Excellent hotel and staff. The more modern design appealed to us, as did the option to have a fish brought to your room free of charge. We miss you Chuck Norris (the fish)

The staff were extra friendly, everything was neat and tidy, and they have great wine recommendations. Was there for significant others birthday and it was one for the books!

Beautiful location, but dinner was not quite up to the quality expected. Pork belly was super fatty. Service was also a bit slow both wait staff and kitchen

We stayed here over the family day long weekend and received the romance package. Upon check in our room was immediately upgraded, which was fantastic! The staff here are incredibly helpful and accommodating! Unfortunately, we had some car troubles and both the front desk staff as well as our shuttle driver (Jacob) were amazing; he waited for us to come back from dinner (even after his shift was over) to drive us to our car which was parked at Peller Estates and helped us with our car problems. In the morning there was a small issue with the water (heating) in the shower, but maintenance was sent in right away to fix it (was done very quickly). After which, they had kept the restaurant open for breakfast for us and let us do late late check out. All around great service, wonderful staff, and very reasonably priced for beautiful accommodations. What could have been a potentially stressful weekend, was completely avoided due to the staff and turned into a wonderful romantic getaway for us. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

The Zee's restaurant within Shaw club is right across the street from the Shaw Festival Theatre in NOTL. Great chef prepared food. Nice ambiance on the porch.

Visited the hotel with my wife to celebrate special occasion. I read the reviews and this place is just as amazing as everyone says. we stayed because of a web special but definitely would recommend this to everyone. It's the perfect location at Niagara on the Lake, with good access to all of the local restaurants. it's across from the shop feeder so if you're going for a play definitely worth staying at this hotel. Breakfast was included with our room rate and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the restaurant.

Ideal location, close to all if the shops and right next to the Shawn Theatre

My husband and I just stayed at Shaw Club Hotel for the last 2 nights and 3 days. We are compelled to write an awesome review after spending such a wonderful time there and also being looked after by their amazing staff!

Liz, Christina, Brianne and Caitlyn at reception were all fabulous!!!! They were extremely friendly, professional, courteous and very funny too! What a pleasure it was to be helped by any one of them!

We ate at the restaurant, Zee's Grill, a few times during our stay, and again, the staff were fabulous!! We were fortunate enough to meet, Ansley, Melissa, Natalie and Weston! All of whom were friendly, professional, courteous and had great personality!

Our room was beautiful and it was the perfect location!

Stopped in for lunch before a performance at the Shaw festival, very friendly and attentive staff, great food.

Fantastic courteous service. Definitely get the rooms with the blacony. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Across the street from Shaw Theater and most attractions. If you do stay here be prepared that it gets real quiet after 10 and not a lot to do.

Had a lag time before show at Shaw festival, had a wonderful lunch here.

We have stayed here many times over the years. Lovely hotel, quiet, great staff. Perfect location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants.

We found the inn quite cozy - we enjoyed dinner at Zee's and were impressed by the size of the meals. The rooms were cozy too, with your own gas fireplace, spacious king bed and large rain waterfall shower (with hand held shower head if desired). The lounge downstairs was nice and is available for guests for complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. and offers a selection of DVDs (each room has a dvd player). Location is easy to access and close to the downtown historic area.

This was my second time visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake and my very first time staying the night in the area. It is a beautiful area, but you never know the quality of service until you run into a problem.

I had a stressful ride down because I realised that my mother had misplaced the gift card I had purchased for her to stay at Shaw Club Hotel. I contacted the hotel immediately and explained my situation; the staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating.
Upon arriving the front desk continued to provide warm and helpful service until our checkout. They followed up until our card was found without charging us or making us feel bad (even though I knew it was completely our fault).

The room we stayed at wasn't the biggest room but it is a wonderful location; walking/biking distance to cute restaurants and the beautiful waterfront gazebo. The rooms are very clean with renovated bathrooms, and a warm personal touch. They even had a straw mat in the closet (which I will definitely use for a picnic next time I visit).

I have worked in the service industry for 15 years and usually have very high standards, but Jennifer and the entire staff really went above and beyond all expectations.

I can't thank you enough and can't wait to revisit!

Just an awesome place to stay. The experience right from check in to check out was amazing. Lovely clean rooms. The restaurant is exceptional for both dinner and breakfast. The service is comparable to none for both the restaurant and front desk. Looking forward to my next stay.

Very nice hotel with lovely staff. They gave us a complimentary bottle of bubbly for our 10th anniversary, which was very kind of them. Room overlooked the Shaw Festival Theatre and itself, was very comfortable. Restaurant was mediocre and dinner service was disappointingly slow. I'd stay here again, but probably eat elsewhere.

Came here for a small honeymoon - 3 nights. The street and surrounding area is gorgeous! The staff was very nice - and very helpful with finding us reservations for dinner! For the price, we expected a little higher end. The decor is a bit dated, and our room was rather musty - probably because the fan didn't work. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but made up for with the size of it and the room. Perfect location for seeing a show at the festival theatre! Went to Zee's for dinner two nights - the wait staff really went above and beyond. Highly recommend dining there. Overall, a good experience!

Good location. Right across Festival Theathre.
Atrocious, terrible beds. We came for two weeks and stayed one night. If you don t mind soft deep hole mattress this is the place to come. The city is beautiful is the cleanest in North America

The Annex King room was clean, comfortable, and offered very nice ammentities.

Clean and modern room with crystal wine glasses and just about the most delicious brownie I've ever tasted. The little tv (if that's what it was) in the washroom didn't work and the hand held shower wouldn't stay secure in its slot, but just two minor negatives on an overall great stay.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. From the moment we arrived the customer service was great. We were surprised to find treats left by the hotel for our stay, a brownie and an extra special cupcake with a candle as we were staying for a birtbday. We have returned for other special occasions since, our anniversary, and another get away. The restaurant in the hotel is amazing, the food was excellent. It is on the smaller side which is nice if you don't like loud, crowded restaurants.

The accommodations here are excellent! We stayed for two nights for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room free of charge! We had a great time and definitely recommend staying here.

Very helpful staff, we just dropped in without reservations and they gave us a great rate including breakfast. We extended our stay another night because of the beautiful weather and they gave us the same room and rate.
They have a free shuttle to take you around the old town, which is very helpful.
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Shaw and will stay again.

The rooms are cool, but not something extraordinary. Food is extraordinary! Despite the name there is no spa inside the hotel.

Had a great time staying here. Room was so spacious and Zee dining room had some fabulous meals. Will return for sure.

Love this place. Will be back. Great location for walkability. Friendly staff. Restaurant on site was very good. Stayed here on a TravelZoo coupon. Did not expect we would enjoy it so much. Large room with a jacuzzi and a comp bottle of wine and brownie.

Definitely worth checking out. Nice place. Rooms have been updated and right at the start of the Niagara on The Lake main strip. A great weekend getaway. Front desk will arrange shuttles to restaurants and wine tours. All are absolutely worth checking out. Attached restaurant is great as well

This hotel was fabulous! They really make you feel welcome. Can't wait to go again.

We stayed at the Shaw Hotel for a weekend at NOTL. The staff were all very friendly and courteous. They acted fast on any and all requests. The room itself was nice and clean. They provide in room coffee via a Keurig with K cups. The room wasn't anything special, but it was good. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's tucked away a little off the main strip, so it was good and quiet. The hotel provided shuttle service in and around the city up to 11pm which was quite convenient given how cold it was when we were there. There is also free parking right behind the hotel. Zees restaurant had the best risotto I've ever tasted. Scotch was a bit on the pricier side, but they had a nice wine list. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel, perfectly located on the edge of town entering wine country. The staff was amazing and helpful and friendly. Wonderful place!

Visited the spa, which was an included privilege when staying at the Prince of Whales Hotel. Obviously I didn t take photos in the spa, but trust me it was good. The outdoor hot spring pool in particular was a beautiful place. Made a circuit of sauna/pool/hot-tub to get a hydro therapy-like experience. Lotsa fun!

Also has a great lounge area with complimentary coffee and awesome lounge chairs.

The regular indoor pool is small, but the space and architecture are really nice. Small gym right beside pool area. Dry sauna and hot tub on one floor. Spa area a short staircase below.

Hotel also has outdoor lounge areas, with fireplaces and blankets (winter visit) which looked great.

Very nice boutique hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nice departure from the older hotels around. Great location and staff were very helpful. Rooms and decor were excellent. Service for issues in our room were taken care of asap. Would absolutely come back. Restaurant attached was really bad and we walked out after finding mouldy fruit in our breakfast. We were compensated but it should have not happened. Really gross! Try the hotel, find another place to eat.

Every year my family comes to NOTL a few weeks before Christmas. This year with a 10 month old in toe we decided to stay at the Shaw club to get an extra few precious hours of sleep.
My goodness am I ever glad we did. There was a bottle of bubbly already chilled for when we arrives. The bed "turned down incase we had time for a nap". So many little details that just make my heart happy knowing someone took the time to do for us! Only wish we could stay longer!
