Reviewed by my 8 year old son:
I was looking for a tasty donut one day, and I saw Maple Donuts. I said, "Mommy, there are 58 different varieties! Let's go here." She said yes! I tried the devils food, the bow-tie, and the sour cream. They were delicious. It's now my favorite donut shop.

The prices are affordable. The donuts are fresh. The employees are very attentive with customers. I recommends this coffee shop you everyone !

Best donuts ever!!! Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on your point of view) the owners are very much about Trump. They even named a donut after him.

Best donuts without a doubt. Nothing compares to the quality. Unfriendly staff though, but heck I'm from NY so no big deal, forget about it and just eat your donut and drink your coffee.

This place makes fantastic donuts. They have an awesome variety, they are always fresh, and the taste amazing. This location is basically where they make them so they are always fresh. These are not lightweight donuts either, when you get a dozen, that box is heavy!

Awesome vanilla glazed donuts. I wont buy from anyone else because they dont hold a candle to maple donuts

Decision overload- so many creative and delicious donut flavors, and I recommend thier heartwarming soups! "Donut worry, be happy" sign made my day.

My husband looooves their donuts. I think they're just okay. Their "peanut butter" icing doesn't actually have any peanut in it at all, and it doesn't taste right. Most of the other ones are pretty good, and there's a good variety.

The staff the cooks and the personal and comfort of this place is overwhelming to all visitors coming and going local or not you will feel good about being here and the maple donuts are fantastic

Used to like your donuts, but saw that you support Trump, and are against peaceful protesting (#takeaknee). Free speech is not freedom from consequence, so I will never spend money at a Maple Donut shop again.

I do love a good donut..that dosent give you heart burn.. This is it...sometimes you may have to wait....so we sit at the counter and have hot tea or coffee with our " HANDFUL OF HAPPINESS"

We got 6 different donuts and were disappointed in all. We used to love these donuts. Not sure if the recipes changed or we were there on an off day.

Can't speak for an experience being a customer, but as a former employee I may. Allow me to depict my experience. Dawn is the kindest boss lady you could ever have, only downfall is she's Donna's assistant. Now Donna on the other hand, wears her emotions on her sleeve. One minute she's as nice as can be (during my interview, I thought she was the coolest down to earth boss you could get. Oh, how wrong I was.), the next minute she's a nightmare. Not the most professional boss I've had, she struggles to leave her personal life and feelings at home. Not only does her son-in-law work there, she frequent brings her (what I assume) grand-daughter to work in order to be picked up by her father. You may ask, what could be the big deal? Well see during your probationary period, consisting of ninety days, your allowed 2 point and 2 schedule days off. Also I learned if you forget to clock in, don't! You will receive half a point, when if you tell them you forgot to punch in you won't get any points. Seem fair? One day, when Donna first arrived to work, she asked if I would stay late so she could run back home because her grand daughter forgot her stuffed animal at home/ in the driveway. When Donna left maple donuts, to head home and grab the toy her grand daughter forgot, do you believe she received a point? Or do not the same standards apply to bosses? I always expect the standards to be higher. I'm gonna end here for now, and we haven't even got into how they reuse old glazed donut in fresh batter to make new donuts. Day old donuts = fresh donut batter.

Hello, This is Tyrhonda Carroll's daughter and I would like to give Ms. Hailey and Ms. Xanafia a 5 start rating for an excellent customer service experience!! For my 13th birthday they gave me the BEST doughnuts/ donuts EVER!! Maple Donuts is amazing!!!

Fabulous food and exceptional service. Very busy place. Just needs a drive-thru for the coffee drinkers.

This is the stop we make on our motorcycle trip from Baltimore to Littlestown. Please note that the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom is the ONLY one that I have come across that is in the correct position. Praise to the plumber. Worth the visit for coffee and a donut. Better yet was the billboard that I passed on the way there that said, we take a stand, and don't kneel... bravo.

Coffee and donuts are ok I guess. I was really put off by the Trump banner and now they painted a truck with Scott Wagner adverts all over it. It's your business and you are free to do what you want, but I won't spend my money there if these are the politicians you support. You obviously don't care about the local residents if you support these guys.
UPDATE - My daughter applied for a job in their factory. At the group employment interview, the HR lady asked the group if any of them were gay, lesbian, or transgender because Maple Donuts does not hire anyone who is. My daughter (straight), was offended and protested and then left the interview. Apparently it is legal in Pa to discriminate against LGBT people. Is this really where you want to spend your money ? Sad !!

Fresh, vibrant flavors color these donuts. Always worth a visit if you're in the area. Try the plain glazed...it's as perfect as a donut can be.

They honestly have the best donuts in this country and out of a couple I've traveled . Consistency, flavor, quality. Service is A1. B:)

I've enjoyed the donuts for years, but the atmosphere at this location was oppressive and unpleasant. There's a giant Scott Wagner campaign poster outside the shop, and Fox News is playing inside the store. I didn't enjoy being there, and I didn't feel welcome.

There were 7 employees, all of which were wearing their masks under their chin. What's the point of wearing it then?
We weren't entirely sure which donuts we wanted but the lady helping us was dismissive, on her elbows and seemed really annoyed to even be there.
Once we finally got some donuts she was snippy about it the whole time and the donuts were dry as hell. Tasted like they were days old.
