Great local donut shop chain. If you are in York, make sure to stop by for at least their namesake donut and a cup of coffee. Their donuts are still made the old fashioned way, heavy with real ingredients, not puffed full of air like the national chains. Can't beat the price and the quality.

Their donuts are okay, basically at the same level as Dunkin. There's so much sugar in their cake donuts that one would be hard pressed to tell the difference between a blueberry and sour cream in a blind taste test.

Maple Donuts is a quaint, old school donut shop with great atmosphere.
Their selection is always changing, but features all of the staples you'd expect.
Day-olds are very inexpensive and fresh is also a good value.
Last time there was a Trump sign and I went in because I was a minority and I didn't want to feel afraid in an area my taxes supposed. Food was ok. This time it was better and I am happy I found them even though they probably hated serving a non Christian.
Someone brought these in the office and I literally could not finish mine. I had the Samoas girl scout cookie one and not only was it sickeningly sweet, but also stale. Felt like my teeth were about to rot off. Then I come on here and learn that they're avid Trump supporters too, which gives me even more reason to never step foot here...
Always a family favorite in Sunday before church. The staff is always smiling and beyond friendly. We enjoy seeing the variety of donuts!

Absolutely love the donuts here....by far, the best around. Also, they have great coffee. Haven't tried their hot food yet but it smells amazing. Definitely on my to-do list. And you can't find a better deal than their day old donuts...buy 2 dozen, get 3 free. 5 dozen for under $10!
How can a place be called Maple Donuts and never have maple donuts. You call ahead they say sure we have 2 trays you het there 5 min later they tell you no we haven't had any.

This is what I wrote directly to Maple Donuts 2 weeks ago, and have not heard anything back.
I'm a new resident of York, PA and I've eaten your donuts which are very good, but I would be remiss, if I didn't speak up about how offended I am to drive the streets of my new home and see your "Maple Donuts Takes A Stand Not A Knee" signs all over the place. You might as well have a billboard with a Confederate Flag on it. York is a place that is so thick with racial division, you could almost cut it with a knife, and for a business that's suppose to be a pillar of our community, I find it completely irresponsible for you to put those signs up and it makes me as a new African-American resident of York feel like I've moved my wife and children to an unwelcoming city.
It's been said repeatedly by Black players in the NFL, they are kneeling to address racial inequality and police brutality against unarmed Black citizens of this country, so either you don't care that a section of American citizens feel like they don't have the same rights that you take for granted or you just don't pay attention to what these young men are saying. Either way, It would be a better look for one of the community members and business leaders of York to be a beacon of light in an already divisive racial climate, instead of the gasoline poured on that light (starting a racially divisive inferno). York deserves much better than that.
Great croissant sandwiches and they ran back to the back to get us warm apple fritters when they ran out. So good!

Love the classic atmosphere. Donuts the best around and staff and very friendly
Fantastic place. Great for quick breakfast or some super fresh donuts (I recommend the peanut butter and jelly or Carmel Delight but seriously all of them are great).
Indoor and outdoor areas to eat. Staff are quick and polite and do wear masks if you are wondering. Parking can be tight in the rush but there is usually some spots off to the right hand side.
I bring my kids all the time, and we love it. The line can get a little long, but when people are ordering variety dozens there isn't much they can do about it.

Beat place to get donuts! They are huge and they are made right on the spot. Can't find better donuts anyways else! Also they sell their day old donuts for $5 for 3 dozen.
