I was one of the best restaurants on our florida tour. The waitress was so friendly and the food was just awesome. The view makes you speechless. I would definitely go back.

Waited to long for even a menu. We ended up leaving. Nice location by the beach though .

Sharky's is always a great place for dinner. The food is awesome and reasonable. Service is great. However this time it took longer than usual to get our food. But the view and drinks made up for it.

We went here a couple days ago and had a wonderful experience. We went with out family and they say the service is normally okay but today we had Andy, he s the best waiter I ve ever had at ANY restaurant. Extremely attentive. Anyways we had the grouper wrap and also the crab legs. I would recommend the conch fritters. Overall a great time, can t beat the views! We will be coming back here.

Just expensive and food was not hot. Did not bring bread and serve said we did not ask for it.

Wide variety of good food and drinks. I love their salads and they make a good Cosmopolitan. Plus you get the view of Venice Beach.

Beautiful restaurant right on the beach next to the pier. The even gave us a ride to the Venice airport.

Loved the view and loved the food -grouper /chicken caesar salad. There can be a wait to be seated but we were fortunate to find a seat in the, if it's empty it"s yours section. Will be trying their inland sister restaurant when we next return.

Location, location, location. Sparky s is on the beach which makes it a very convenient spot to get a bite to eat or have a beverage. We ordered a chicken quesadilla, which was fair. The outdoor bar feels a little shabby but being right on the water, in the salty air, is very hard on the building and fixtures. The inside of the restaurant was better. Bathrooms were surprising clean. Service at the bar was just ok.

We started our vacation at Sharky's and loved watching the sunset on the pier so much that we had to end our vacation at Sharky's. The servers let us walk the pier and they made sure our table wasn't cleared. From the beginning the wait times were up there but they definitely over exaggerated the times because they told us 45 minutes each time and the wait ended up being less than 10 minutes both times.

The food was tasty and I definitely ate more than what I normally do, but it's vacation and the food was worth it. I had their "walk the pier" which is salmon, grouper, and something else that I can't remember right now but it was all good. Their mixed drinks weren't weak either, small quantities but you definitely taste the alcohol. Overall the food and experience was amazing, we will be back next year and will be dining at Sharky's again.

Scenery Spectacular MUST See!
Go to the top deck and relax with a beer. It's Florida scenery like nothing else you can find in Venice. A little bit of heaven. The food is ok, but the location is worth the trip.

Chris was our server, and the service was perfect. Excellent! Food could be better, view was incredible.

You can dine inside here or outside. You can see the beach and ocean from either. Food is delicious as well as the drinks. Servers are excellent. We walked out onto the pier after we ate. Great place. Gave a 4 star because outside fans over eating area have web looking things hanging from them.

Great location, right by the Venice Pier with a view onto the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Food however is OK , nothing to rave about. Great place to stop or meet with friends and have few cool drinks.

The service was not very good. Waitress was disinterested. Odd that there are no substitutions and the food was nothing special (poor considering there was a 40 min wait on a Sunday night past 7 PM). If you are going for drinks and and outdoor lively atmosphere that's great. Not a 'take your family to dinner' place imo. I won't be returning.

The food is always very tasty and offers a great view of the Venice Pier and Beach. Can be a bit pricey, but there are always specials and a daily Happy Hour. A great place to visit.

Everage food with higher prices,because of the beach location. Will not go back for food,maybe a drink. Service staff was nice (no complain there),but it realy make me angry,when waitress is bringing a bill ,right after we finish the food. Do you guys realize,that some people like to still sit and have few drings? Obviously,this is a problem of many so called "restauranst" in USA. Totaly missing the concept of what is a restaurant.

A must go to restaurant!! Can't bear the great of the beach, excellent seafood, apps, desserts and a great selection of drinks. Love Sharkeys, usually after lunch or dinner a nice stroll on the pier is great.

The wife and i flew thebplabe down to venice for a nice little dinner on the beach at venice. Great serbice and good comfort food with an amazing view. Oh and the desserts are big and delicious.

Favorite place to go to see blue water, lots of wildlife, pick up an occasional shark's tooth and eat fantastic food. Spend the day at the beach, eat your meal at Sharky's and it makes for a perfect day in Venice, FL!

Absolutely super food, great service, and I wish we lived closer so we could visit more often
