Update as of 2020: Shank and his team is still absolutely amazing. We have recently purchased another home and he and his staff are on it. Amanda called and let us know that they put a policy to cover our other home as it wasn t occupied to keep it safe; something I would have never of thought of. He and his team will call you and let you know when there are times to save on policy and keep you updated. Best part yet, is that if something ever happens, even at midnight, Shank will take care of you. They re amazing.
