I would give them 6 stars if I could! Absolutely fantastic. I ordered delivery to the Wausau area, and they were prompt and polite. I had expressed some concerns with a food sensitivity I have, and they seemed more then happy take that into consideration and were able adjust the dish I wanted accordingly. The lunch dish I ordered was delicious and thoroughly filling - I almost couldn't finish it all! Great price for food ordered. I will definitely be ordering from here more often!!

I had the shrimp tempura roll, spider roll and Philadelphia roll. They were all amazing and very fresh tasting. Way better than any other place in town. Will be coming here again for sure!!

The food was way over cooked. Half the table didn't receive there food befor everyone else was done eating. The kicker was that when we left we were all asked if the bill had been paid and it it had already been taken by the server befor anyone got up. Not impressed I would stay away from this place unless you want to be pissed off durring your meal!

I normally don t give poor reviews but was so disappointed with our take out order. The food was ready right on time but it was tasteless, no seasoning at all. Grilled teriyaki chicken and beef with broccoli.....both terrible, the gravy had absolutely no flavor. Couldn t even doctor them up to make them any better. Total waste of $25.

I loved everything about my visit here! We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was about half full. We were seated right away and our order was taken shortly after. The service was fantastic. Our waiter was attentive and checked on us all throughout our meal. The food was amazing and I was especially impressed with the prices which were not bad at all. We had the crab rangoons (6 foe $3.95) for an appetizer and they were perfect, fresh and crunchy but not over-done. We also had sesame chicken, orange chicken, a Red Dragon Roll and a Lanny Roll. Everything was delicious and we have leftovers. I do need to mention that their spicy mayo is spicier than other spicy mayos I have had from elsewhere (my lips were on fire). Love this place!!

Awesome

Shanghai has some of the best sushi in town. They're also the only restaurant in town to offer spicy tuna hand rolls. I would rate their sushi up there with sushi I've had in one of the best sushi restaurants in Houston, TX. Highly recommended.

unbelievable i asked them to recommend something spicy and they give me something that's less spicy then a mild salsa. shanghai beef pork or chicken should have at least a little heat i gave a bite to my friend that hates spicy and he couldn't even taste anything

After looking endlessly for a place that serves a sushi buffet, we decided to try this place's lunch buffet. They serve the buffet only from 11-2, and they told us they had "some sushi" on the buffet when we called ahead. This was the only place around serving sushi on buffet that we could find.

Overall it was a positive experience, though they didn't have sushi on the buffet. They had your basic 4-5 types of "fake" sushi with cooked crab and shrimp. Despite no raw fish, they were very good rolls, and the rest of the buffet was very high quality as well. We especially liked the hibachi chicken and crab Rangoon.

We did get an order tuna rolls to get our sushi craving filled, and, for 8 normal sized rolls for like $6, we thought it was a great price.

For a total price of $44 for 2 adults, 3 kids, 1 soft drink, and tuna rolls, we thought it was a 5 star price.

Overall a great experience. 4 stars only because they advertised the buffet as having sushi.

Will be going again.

We loved this place and will not only be coming back, but will definitely recommend it to anyone who wants awesome Chinese food in the area. We didn't delve into the sushi menu this trip, but we did order our favorites from the Chinese menu and it's the best we've had since leaving Colorado Springs 6 years ago. We ordered the sampler appetizer and the Teriyaki beef in the middle was amazing. I had the chicken lo mein and tried the egg fung yu for the first time which was super yummy. Hubby had the pork lo mein and szechwan trio. We had a lot of leftovers as the dishes are big enough for at least 2 people so we had plenty to bring home afterwards. The wait staff was very nice and the atmosphere is great.

2 years ago I left an amazing review, fresh food flavor delicious. Recently I ve ate here in my visits to the area for work over the last couple months. The food is lacking flavor, the bourbon chicken is just brown sauce, was not flavorful and evident it was the incorrect sauce. They have made the dining room smaller and have removed the buffet. Note: I m not the only customer that has mentioned the buffet, others say the same when they enter. This used to be the best buffet in town for lunch, now it s nonexistent. Please add flavor heart and soul back into the food.

Really good food, really fun environment! I especially like the cool statues! Made the trip even more special. Usually when I go out to this restaurant I have the sushi and or sashimi, and I have never been disappointed.

Don't eat their buffet if it is within an hour of them shutting it down! The food will be old, hard rice, hard noodles, and mushy vegetables. It was not a pleasant meal. Furthermore, you pay the same $$ at the start of the buffet or towards the end, so I can appreciate them not wanting to freshen up the food, but if the cost is the same, so should be the quality of the food.

Nice, quiet, clean atmosphere. We had the quiet, polite waiter others have mentioned in reviews. Excellent menu options. One page dedicated to grill that includes steak, shrimp, chicken dishes along with tofu option. Prices are very reasonable! They readily made a custom tofu dish for me. The serving size is large. Pictured: Spicy sour soup, mini spring rolls, grilled shrimp w/ vegetables in coconut cream sauce, Kung Pao Tofu. Good restaurant. We'll definitely be back.

Haven't been here in a long while. We were pleasantly surprised. I ordered the spicy garlic shrimp and added chicken to it bc I thought they were gonna be little skimpy shrimp but nope! They were a good size.

I don't know what happened to this place but
I ordered a 40 dollar take out order and it was near closing time, I got totally different dishes than I ordered and it appeared they used old uneaten things off the buffet table
Eating in May be a better experience
But this is a place that I won't patronize in the future

Wasn't impressed back when they first opened, but decided to try them again. But that was a mistake, Gen Tao was flavorless and tasted like old oil, the curry vegetable tofu was not curry, crab Rangoon was basically cream cheese in a wonton wrap. Expensive lesson.

I Like the food but the service sucks. And it's always that way. They almost never ask what you want to drink and I asked for a highchair when we walked in never got one after going to buffet and back asked for at least a booster seat never got one. Finally went to the bar and asked where they kept the seats and he says YOU SHOULD'VE ASKED FOR ONE WHEN YOU CAME IN. Ridiculous.
