Customer care is terrible. Feel like their customer care executives are under qualified for the job. Have had many bad experiences with them and don't recommend using Shaman for anything.

Looking forward to be a happy CLA owner. With this also begins the first difficult 1000 km of not driving fast.

Outside the Shaman showroom, a bridge is under construction for more than a year now. Thereby, creating traffic congestion. Unable to understand the reason for delay.
