For the category of Hotel and the very high price of the structure the rooms are not acceptable in size. Furnished with good taste and very clean they are very small and it is difficult even to open the door of the room with a person inside.
Staff at the reception not always friendly

Check in not on time room has no electricity/power on plugs over an hour to get service to rectify and still no correct results.they appear to be more concerned with checkins than rectifying problems

Our club room was actually located across the street in the Devonshire. So for breakfast we had to cross the street to get to the main building's restaurant. Breakfast was sufficient, with an option of freshly cooked omlette. The club room in the Devonshire 4th floor was larger than London average hotel rooms. Our view was towards the backside (not towards the street), didn't have any noise problems. Heating adjusting didn't really work for us. We were pleasantly surprised that there were multiple USB charging ports in the room. Fridge was also a useful feature. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is very good. It is just few mins walk from the Paddignton station and the paddington underground station. Hotel staff is very polite and courteous. I would especially thank Madalina for making our stay more pleasant and comfortable and enjoyed our vacation to the fullest. I will definitely recommended this hotel and will stay in future whenever we visit London.

This has to be the smallest and most claustrophobi...

This has to be the smallest and most claustrophobic hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bathroom is so small that the shower is basically over the toilet and there is just a curtain separating them. The room is tiny, with a small slit for a window and the ceiling is so low you can't stand up straight in some places (and I'm only 5'3"!). On top of that I found the room to be very dusty. The room seemed to be clean I think the dust was due to a lack of air circulation. I spoke to other hotel guests on the same floor (I was on the 4th floor, room 625), and they expressed similar shock at the size of the rooms. I have stayed at 3* hotels in London with much better rooms so I wouldn't come back here again.

Edit: also, I booked for the Park Grand London Paddington and somehow when we arrived at the address on the website I was told we were booked into a different hotel: the Park Grand Paddington Court. I find this really deceptive and unfair, particularly when you are looking at photos for a different hotel when you book.

Very well located, great area, quiet close to Paddington station and the Lancaster red line metro. Lots of options for eating, coffee and more. Too bad the rooms are tiny. I'm talking about the double I knew. At the reception the staff is friendly and the breakfast offers opportunities for all tastes. The price quality leaves something to be desired since you have the very small living space, if you find special occasions it can be a good option.

Lovely hotel in Paddington, close to Hyde Park and central attractions in London. The first room was a bit crammed, but that was an expedia error. We went to the front desk the next morning and received exceptional service from Olga. She placed us in an upgraded room and even sent over a fruit plate and wine. Needless to say I loved my stay. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The Location is excellent a short walk to stations and lots of places to eat. The four stars here a for the Staff, Monica and Luanne and all of them. All of them are very friendly efficient and really provide 5 star service. The room is great value for money, comfortable, clean and great hot showers. We will recommend this accomodation to all our friends as a wonderful place to stay in London.

We booked 4 nights a deluxe twin room with breakfast. Very expensive for a very ordinary room and with Italian shower room that flooded the toilet and the floor. Not much storage The cafe at the corner of the street is excellent and half price. Hotel well located and quiet, close to transport.

At first we feared for the quality of the hotel after having been investigating others in this area and King Cross. Finally, we decided on Park Grand Paddington Court because of its location and the quality that both travelers' photographs and the hotel's own photographs showed.

Upon arrival we were welcomed (I remember that the guy at the front desk was called Daniel), they told us what our room was and they took our bags. When we arrived we realized that we were on the floor "- 1" and that, despite the fact that the room had a window, we would like to be in an upper floor to have a greater feeling of freedom. When commenting these details with reception they indicated that without problem the next morning they would change our room and that's how it was.

The rooms are all spacious and comfortable. It is very useful to have access to coffee, tea and microwave at all times because it facilitates stretching in the morning. The bathrooms are clean, with a shower and spacious; and they have all kinds of amenities.

We would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it 100%

Comfortable and cozy hotel. The attention by the staff was very friendly. A lot of cleaning. The club rooms are very spacious, the others very small and cramped, however it was a very pleasant stay. We will be back.

Recently refurbished and renamed, this hotel is very modern and affordable, only minutes away from Paddington Station. Relatively spacious rooms (like the Deluxe Room) with a small fridge, a microwave and tea amd coffee facilities make it easy in the morning to start the day. WiFi available everywhere, complimentary of course. There's even a small gym, with treadmills and dumbbells to get a decent workout.

Amazing Hotel and Friendly staff always greeted when entered and exited hotel, would definitely recommend. The only downside was the room size as it isn't really suited for plus size people but the decor was lovely and was lovely and clean..

I was a little shocked when I had to leave reception and go over the road to another building to my room but when I got into my room it was clean and tidy so can't complain about that. My single room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen so was not too impressed. My work colleagues also had single rooms that were better than my shoe box so I think I was just unlucky. It was me who booked the rooms for them as well.

A tiny room is perfectly ok, but a constant draft through the room because the window leaks is not. Quite noisy and a toilet that kept running but an ok stay for reasonable price in the area. Crisp and clean bed linen and towels.

This hotels claims to be 4 star but delivers a level of cleanliness, service and convenience that is closer to 2 star. The rooms are so small and badly laid out that reaching a wardrobe can involve either clambering over a bed or squeezing through a small gap between the foot of the bed and a wall containing a hanging television. The desk, meanwhile, is so small and crowded by the tea set that there is no room to open a computer. Everything about this place is decrepit, and it is astonishing that AA awarded them the claimed stars. You would be better off spending your money on a large chain 3 star like Holiday Inn Express or Premier Inn. This applies most strongly if you are a business guest, and you need to ensure that services like the Internet function correctly and with reasonable speed. At this hotel they don't.

Hotel is well placed. Near Hyde park, 10 minutes by walk to the metro going to the center. Smart idea: usb ports near the bed to charge the smartphone. The hotel provides a smartphone (with network access) in the room that you can bring outside, but it is useless for European people as me. Drawbacks: hotel is split in several buildings (we have to cross the road to go to reception and breakfast), view on a wall, noise of air conditioning outside, small bathroom (where to put the toilet bag), heating system too smart for us as we never succeeded to have a warm room. Sad as the room is not cheap.

Celebrated my girlfriend who turned 30 and we got a little surprise in the room and also room upgrade.
The room was small but still cozy. Breakfast good.
The hotel is close to Lancaster Gate where you can take the red line to most of the tourist attractions in town or double decker.
