Mr. Covington was referred to me by a close friend in Woodbridge, Va. I needed a fresh start in my life. We met through Zoom with the help of our mutual real estate friend Lisa. I drove to the Hampton Roads area to meet Greg and to look at homes in that area, and we talked about location and styles of home I'd like to live in. When I returned home he kept in contact with though emails,texts and phone calls. He sent me home to review though his companies portal. I'd drive back to Hampton Roads to visit more homes with no luck. Finally, on February 24th, a home appeared on the portal and I responded with a "yes" go look at that house. Greg replied that we had a morning appointment to view the house. I was excited, but wasn't able to come due to work. He said "I'll video it for you". I said OK (there's a first time for everything". He videoed it and apart of the neighborhood and I loved the house and said put a bid on it. February 25th would have been my mothers 90th birthday the seller ultimately accepted my offer. Funny because her name is Diana and so is mine. Thank you Mr Covington and Team Covington. Excellent job. I wasn't stressed during this journey. You made it easy. Thanks again sincerely Diana

Gregory is a very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive agent who oversaw and kept us informed on our home throughout the listing and sale process. Even though we live in a different city, he hired good contractors to complete projects that we needed for our home. We will certainly refer his services to our family and friends as our friend referred him to us!!

I cannot say enough about Greg s service. Not only does he have top of the line business acumen, but he is also very experienced, knowledgeable, personable, and flexible. Another very important characteristic of a realtor is being assertive with all aspects of the sale of the property, and Greg did that wonderfully. He treated the sale of my house as if it were his own. There is no one else I would ve chosen to work with.

Explanation: From the start, my husband and I were (in my mind) difficult clients. We live several states away, so he essentially became our power of attorney and acted on our behalf for several decisions. The second and hardest way this was a difficult sale is because when Greg evaluated our property we discovered the house was in a dilapidated state. He and John, his project manager, worked tirelessly to remodel the house. They practically built us a brand new house! I never knew our house could look like a Parade of Homes house, but they did it. Their arduous labor was very fruitful because we were able to sell the house in THREE DAYS!
