With larger weddings, there are very often complications that arise behind the scenes, and Sarah (our day-of coordinator) did an excellent job at making it seem like nothing went wrong at all. I found out, after the day was already over, that there were several complications that occurred, but Sarah took care of it all. The bridal party, my wife, and I did NOT have to deal with our vendors coming up to us to ask logistical questions in the middle of the wedding or reception, so we got to enjoy every bit of our day without worrying about other things. And this was only possible because prior to the wedding we had 2 in-person meetings and had a decently long email conversation where we worked out the details of exactly how we wanted the day to go. And throughout the entire process, Sarah was SO nice and pleasant to work with!
Kristin (the owner) was great at laying out exactly what her services were going to cost and why. No surprise fees or anything like that. She was also super nice!
If you're worried about what's being said in the one star reviews here, notice how most if not all of them are from people who WERE NEVER PAYING CLIENTS. In OUR experience, Kristin was very eager to do business with us and communication with her and Sarah was always timely. The same is true for a couple of my friends who also used Timeless Events for their weddings.
