Called Severn Trent Water today spoke to a very helpful lady called Jessica, explained my predicament and within an Hour had a team of men sorting out my problem,they were very polite and explained everything in detail then put everything in working order! Thanks so much
Shame on you Severn Trent. Due to water works on my street I suffered a lack of water in oitside water supply. This was reported and ST sent a plumber to rectify the problem. The pluber not only did ot fixed the water supply but also broke a valve and the water is dripping constantly. This was obviously reported to ST however ST decided to ignore me. Unfortunalely they are monopolist on my local market and I can's switch the supplier. SEVERN TRENT SHAME ON YOU!!!!

I contacted Severn Trent Water after a very unpleasant exchange with one their engineers in a public place. The member of staff concerned for some reason felt that I was blocking an entrance to a convenience store with my car, which I was most certainly not as another same sized van passed me with no issues minutes prior to his arrive.
Immediately after I refused to move my car, the staff member got out of his van & began to aggressively walk at pace around to my drivers side door. I exited my vehicle as I was concerned he may have intended to damage my vehicle, which without sounding ignorant is an expensive car & worth protecting.
After calmly asking the staff member why he is being so aggressive towards me, which he denied doing so (while shouting at me) I told him I will be reporting him to his employer for his aggressive behaviour & a total lack of any professionalism, to which he replied I don t give a f*** about Severn Trent .
After driving to a neighbouring side street I immediately contacted Severn Trent Water regarding the incident. I was given a compliant reference number by a very understanding woman. But unbelievably I have received no contact since then regarding this incident, despite the fact I have provided the registration number & fleet number of the van that the staff member was in at the time.
It s generally outrageous how you can report a member of staff for aggressive behaviour towards a member of the public & the employing company ignores you. Thank goodness I am not a customer of Severn Trent Water.
When I'm not getting my water for my canteen from the rivers and streams of the wicky wicky wild wild west severn trent is my preferred supplier.
Amazing customer service today. Have had a problem at work for a little while with the drains. Rang customer service where a really lovely lady said someone would be out with us within 72 hours, It was only a couple of hours later that a workman came out to investigate. Excellent service.
Thank the men who unblocked the drains in Green Lane (North) on Wednesday morning at 12>30 pm on the 16/12 2020 they were very prompt efficient and friendly.
22 minutes on the phone whatsapp or messaging no good for me i wanted to speak to someone. So are they going to reimburse my money cos i am using mobile phone
been trying to contact stwa coventry totally without success for days have water pouring into my drive for months having to where wellingtons at all times to gain excess to the property walking through water & mud , the water is 6 inches deep & the frosts have broken the drive way . Need some help as i write still hanging on the phone to stwa ! they visited the property had a look then sat in the truck for an hour then left .

Rating should be zero but not possible to leave that....My family were forced to sell our structurally damaged home at auction after 15 long years of trauma caused by Severn Trent's leaking public drains beneath the property after cracks widened daily and insurers were unable to resolve. Frequent sewage flooding. Non-return valves. Partial sticking plaster repair. Bolted down inspection covers to keep CCTV cameras out. Slapped onto flood register without consultation. Even refused to comment when featured on Rip off Britain. Shocking experience and absolutely no acknowledgement, though all staff who attended knew exactly what the cause was but were too afraid to say. All you care about is profit not people. Words cannot come close to express my feelings towards you. Shame on you Severn Trent!!!!!
