Amazing atmosphere. I seem to win here more than any other casino in Tulsa. As just a basic member I still get free play, free rooms, and free buffet throughout the year. Their bars aren't way over priced like other casinos. All the restaurants are top notch with high quality food. The entire casino staff stays on top of their job.
I had an enjoyable time, won a little money and had some complimentary beverages while I was there. The casino is really laid out nicely and is very well organized,. I cannot give them a five-star rating because they took the buffet out and when cashing out your ticket or tickets, there is usually only one cashier available to wait on everybody. The self-checkout machines will give you a separate ticket for your silver change and will only dispense paper money back, you have to stand in line at the cashier window to receive your change back, I'm sure that I'm not the only one but I really don't appreciate that.
One of the overall nicest casinos I have been to. Even the "smoking" areas were not very smokey. The pool area is very nice with swim up bar and tables. Ruth's Chris steak house was fantastic. The live music on Saturday night was really good. We were on the 25th floor and the scenic river view was really nice. Decor and room was nice. The bed was pretty hard, but aside from that most everything was great. This was our first time here and we will definitely go back!!
Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and have good views. Pool with swim-up bar is fun. Casino is large enough for everyone with multiple bars. Conference areas are well maintained and AV company worked with us to make sure we got everything we needed for our conference. Food from all restaurants exceeded expectations and conference food was better than most conferences.
For a first time visit it was like a resort.
Valet parking is free (the valet s work on tips) The staff throughout the resort was friendly and helpful.
Good dining options with Ruth Chris, Margaritiville, and more budget friendly options. Rooms were spacious.
Another perk if you are here for a few days there are plenty of close options attractions to visit .
Beautiful resort. Nice, big, clean rooms. The beds are amazing. The temp in the room was perfect (no hot then cold, back and forth all night...perfect air). The bathroom was big, as was the shower! There is a non smoking section in the casino. The buffet isn't open right now but that's too be expected. Staff was extremely nice!
My experience has been with the hotel and casino. The room is spacious & clean. We had an excellent south facing view of the river and surrounding area. The employees were friendly...except for the woman that checked us into the hotel.
The bathroom made me feel like a million bucks! It was so luxurious; extra light to do makeup, a huge tiled shower with a huge glass door that can swing in or out, and the toilet with a wall divider.
The casino was rocking with people having fun. Sounded like a lot of slots players were winning good. There are marked non-smoking and smoking sections. As soon as you walked past the sign that said it was the smoking section...you went from smelling nothing to slight smoke smell. It was so mild that it was tolerable. Its like there is an invisible wall keeping the two sections separated. A restaurant we took the kids to was very nice. The prices are very well and large portions. I had the citrus chicken salad...MMMMM.
I would definitely come back here and stay a few nights with my husband.
I wasn't there long we just stopped in quickly because someone in the car had to get back home. It was absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could spend hours there but I couldn't. I just played a couple machines real quick because I had to go. But it is gorgeous! Will definitely go again when I have time to enjoy it, hopefully next month!
Very nice place....well staffed and very friendly...rooms were very nice and clean....great views of the Arkansas river....this place is top shelf.....great restaurants and prices are high but very nice.... actually left with more dollars than I came in with...which is nice for a change..... definitely recommend this place....:)
Large floor. Great machines. Better yearly rewards benefits than other local casinos. Not very non-smoking friendly so be aware of this if you go.
Helpful and great staff most of the time. Helped me reclaim my lost cell phone one instance without too much effort at all.
