Great food nice staff and good management by managers

The atmosphere and location is beautiful, safe parking. Food was ok, the milkshakes were so way too sweet. The kids playroom is not ventilated properly.. It was so hot inside and and there are way too many kids in there at once. I feel that the play area should be for kids up to age 6 because my 3 year old got knocked around as some older kids were so wild. This is a issue for all spurs in general. Why can't spur have a separate section for older kids? Like with video games etc? . But one cannot have 10 year Olds jumping on a bounce castle with toddlers it's ridiculous.

We are Spur people, good service, the kid can play and it is clean and fast and you know what you're going to get . Very little room for bad surprises.

Service was slow for a morning breakfast rush. Two waiters only. My son and I ordered lat'e we got filter coffees. Not sure if they thought we've never tasted it before. Manager was quick and did it himself. He did good on that thou. 2nd time visiting the restaurant and I just unsure if I'd wanna go again.

Great steaks, good service, friendly staff and all at affordable prices . So good I've been twice back in a week. Disappointed, joking, they dont give enough sweets with the bill, love them, were can i go buy a big pack of Spur sweets from

Saturday 27/02/2021 - Service was horrific. Waited outside +-15 minutes for a table. (Counted about 5 tables which were not cleaned, with dirty dishes not taken to the kitchen yet). Upon being seat at 19:25, our order was only taken at 19:42. Our order arrived at 20:10 - Both my partner and I received crumbs for fries! These tiny, bottom of the batch chippies! The cheese on my Hawaiian schnitzel looked as if it had been through everything in life. Instead of receiving proper cutting knives, I received 3 butter knives! The couple across from us also order at about 19:45 and received their order at 20:30!!! And it was just steak! The steak was not even well done as per the patron's request! It was sent back to the kitchen, well my partner and I had left shortly after we had eaten, but you guessed it, the poor lady's steak was still not back from the kitchen to be cooked properly!. Let me not get started about the couple, whom we found at their table when we arrived, who also only received their food at about 20:20. This spur will never see me again. Oh and the aircons! Uhmm, I have no idea what the hell that is, but we were sweating!

I almost forgot to mention the gentleman we found at the door upon our arrival who had been waiting for about 50 minutes for his takeaway order!
