Not happy with service. I've reached out multiple times to get past invoices with no response that we need now. Had several communication problems with Missy over locations being set up. But when she wants to get paid, she has her people hound you.
I do not recommend.
Walked in and the lady working was a bit rude and kept referring me to Google and other stores. I wanted a hand held ham radio but felt that they didn't want my business. Edit- i obviously misjudged this store. Considering the circumstances they were very polite and professional.

Missy and her staff have never been anything but helpful! An independent women owned business, Missy runs this one very well! She emails, texts and calls personally a lot of the time. These tasks are not just left to the staff. Very personable.

Fantastic quality products and customer service is tops!!
