Enjoyed it 2nd year runing we stayed here kids had fun

Very good caravans work excellent facilities for the whole family.

Lovely, clean park. We had a privately let caravan, and when we went to reception to enquire about activities, I felt like the staff thought we were a bit daft for not knowing automatically how everything worked and what was or wasn't included. We wanted to play family bingo, but when we arrived at the advertised time, there were no tickets on sale as we had apparently just missed it. Besides this small gripe, we enjoyed our stay and the majority of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Been here loads off times you will like it there because beds are comfortable kind staff and lots to explore

Beautiful site. Staff lovely. Not much for teens. Although there live acts are brilliant. Lots of extra activities. Gorgeous beach.

Great time lot's to do relax no worries and the staff are very friendly well recommend

Lovely location great site layout, very child friendly, buses to Edinburgh are fantastic. There could be a larger play area for the kids and a better restaurant, we found that alot of the menu items were off as they had ran out of food

Lovely clean and tidy park. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is tasty and reasonably priced

Bit dirty, lots of rubbish lying around. Disabled not catered to a high standard.

It was okay but we had no Wi-Fi connection but the beach was nice

We were here with our tourer, staff were amazing!!! Helped us unhitch the caravan and get it into position.
Lots for kids to do, for all ages. Part of the Haven group.
Shop on site but other local supermarkets less than a couple of miles away.
Great holiday to be had.

Here you can enjoy traveling with lively children to give children all the freedom in the rented caravan house. But with its own motorhome the place is only very suitable ..

Just back from a lovely stay at this caravan. In a lovely, quiet location near the Nature Rockz area. The caravan is so well maintained and was spotless for our arrival. Communication with the owners was great. Hope to be back sometime soon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Excellent other than not enough pool tables and no-one monitoring them.

Nice very clean lots off things going on for the children my grandchildren loved it.Allso a well kept mine market but take plenty off money.the beach just over the road

Really like how the park is big but not jumping - you can have a nice family night without all the crowd. The pools decent too which just makes thing a bit nicer - staff were very nice and there a lovely pub a five minute drive away for food 5+*

Just back from holiday really enjoyed it caravan very clean and well equipped staff very friendly and helpful only downside was length of wait for food to be served but to their defence they were really busy would definitely go back

Brilliant family orientated park where the staff and the entertainments crew were brilliant with kids and the live shows they put on were funny and had everyone clapping along, little bit pricey and only let down was the chippy, but the Boaty blest restaurant was first class, only moan was swimming pool changing rooms were a tad cold and some parents letting there over 8s run amok on the soft play area where there was a disaster waiting to happen and having to constantly tell staff, wasn't exactly what I wanted to be doing on my today but my grandkids are 4, 2, and 1 coming up for 2, will defo be bk, ps, got to mention that the security were also first class, good honoured and strict when needed, good job guys

the village of caravans are well kept. walking distance to the beach.

So peaceful and quiet. And great views within a short walk.

Great time here. Friendly staff. Bus to Edinburgh stops right outside.

very relaxing both caravans were clean tidy just what we required would recommend to friends and family

I loved it, cause it's near the sea/beach.
But what I didn't like was about the caravan we were in..
There was no hot water and heating, as they didn't fill up the gas tank with the gas. So we have to wait for them for almost an hour.

But they have got some good activities for children and parents to do.

Could not fault the caravan as it was great the same goes for the pool but the food Restaurant was horrible with slow food messy mediocre food 40 minute waits

Nice park. British so different than in the Netherlands. Friendly people. Right on the beach.

We just come back from haven seton sands staff was very nice and friendly in the reception for that I give 2 stars. But caravan was not properly cleaned and unhygienic. Can see lots of spider webs and it was really smelly. Been to haven in north Wales that was very nice and clean. We checked out day early because of the smell in the caravan.

Excellent park. Fantastic location short distance from Edinburgh. Right on beautiful sandy beach. Park has excellent transport links with bus terminal right outside park with frequent service to Edinburgh.

Park itself is well kept. Security staff in arrival friendly and informative. Directed us to our accommodation which was clean, warm and well presented with beds made up and towels provided

Lodge was luxurious well specified and roomy.

All in an excellent relaxing break would recommend

Everything was wrong with our caravan even the heating would not work, staff were not helpful at all and we left 4 days earlier than the we should have

Didnt get to see majority of park this time but will hopefully all be open next year

Great park and amenities best for families great staff.

Not my favourite place but the kids love it, it has improved a little after a refurb as now you don t have to walk through the penny arcade to get to the entertainment but you still have to pass by it. Sorry but slot machines of any kind should be banned, especially at kids holiday parks. I now make a point of avoiding any haven sites and the likes.

Brlliant week there night entertainment could do with a revamp ranger scott absolutely brilliant well kept the kids entertained

We took our dog as we have done to many haven sites. The caravan was dirty, just because we have a dog doesn't mean we are dirty. The site itself needs some work. Wont be coming back

Great for walks for the dogs. Very nice 9 hole golf course and fishing but extra. We were on the new touring site. Showers are very slow running but they have single shower on opposite side which are perfect

Good fun for kids, plenty to do on site. Placed in area with lovely scenery.
One of the swimming pool attendants resembled Jimmy Saville, not sure if he's okay cos no one was drowning or appeared dead.
The arcade area was a bit of a con. 20,000 tickets might get you a packet of fizzy chewits.

Lovely Haven site not as big as some of the other sites and no tennis courts but great for the train or bus into Edinburgh. Lots of things to do in the area so good for the older kids

I been to seton sands before when I was little and I wish me and my family can stay here for a long time because I like school but I like to go back to seton sands with Hannah and Jensen and Matilda and Daryl as well

A beautiful place, lots of attractions for children plus a beautiful view of the bay

Just back from Seaton sands and will definitely be back. Book in was run very efficiently. We have been on haven holidays for about 20 years and have never arrived to such a clean Van. The staff followed all guidelines and we felt very safe. Congratulations to all staff who were very efficient and still taking time to be friendly and helpful.

Very clean and very new park, not much to do on site, but a get base to venture out from.

Fantastic windmill loads of history, owner very knowledgeable and friendly.

Stayed here last week at Gleneagles part. Third holiday with haven. Caravan was the warmest we ever had with gas central heating, didn't need to use gas fire. Clean and spacious. All staff very helpful and apologetic for delay in booking in, which is expected when everyone turns up at the same time so it wasn't a problem. Parked right beside caravan and rubbish bins close by. Bed very comfy and the first time I have slept all night in over a month :-)

Lovely holiday park at the sea side. Wide range of activities for kids to do. Play area is well equipped, keeping kids occupied. Swimming pool is great and staff could not be nicer.
