Thank you Di and Hannah for helping us have a great family break. Your caravan was excellent. The first thing we noticed was how clean and well presented it was and it was ready for us on arrival. I would have no hesitation in recommending you's to our family and friends.

Beautiful surroundings, lovely walks, places to stroll to. We've stayed here many times.

The camp itself is very friendly, lovely staff. Amusements and show bar has all been recently refurbished. Swimming pool and activities organised for families in normal circumstances.

Obviously closed to to COVID at present, which is sad all round. Our break had to be cancelled like many others, but we will be booking up as soon as is safe again.

Lovely restaurant, also takeaways available including fish and chips, burger bars etc. Lots of facilities nearby.

There's a beach opposite the site for a nice walk and nice view from bar on site. Not too far into North Berwick by car, which has a varied amount of shops along a little oldy worldy street, lovely beach and yaught club, mini golf in normal times. Due to COVID., many facilities unavailable.

We visited in September 2020 and good restrictions in place in the shops we visited for social distancing.

Nice Italian restaurant there, also Costa coffee for a lighter bite, lovely tea rooms and an ice cream parlour is a must, great sweet shop too. Kids paradise.!!

In another direction leading into Edinburgh, about an hours drive away which is a great day out.
There's also so many places en route too.
East Lothian is beautiful. Lovely sunsets and views along the coastline.

Seton Sands is an excellent destination for a caravan holiday. However the road that passes the entrance is extremely busy and I have heard of a few accidents outside. The beach is accessible by a pedestrian crossing outside the park.

Been to many Haven sites over the years and this is outstanding. It doesn't have as many facilities as the others I have been to but more than makes up with that with the quality. Arcade, swimming and restaurant are of an exceptional standard. Kids play park is pretty decent and the overall cleanliness of the site is very good.

Lovely holiday park. Beautiful surroundings, the beach isnt really sandy but you can collect amazing shells. We stayed in a prestige with decking and it was well worth the extra money. Would go again.

Caravan and the site were great but the restaurant was very poor waited 40 minutes to place an order then waited an hour for food one item was missing as the bar member had forgot to put it on even though he read the order back to us waitress said the chef would cook something quickly but 45 minutes later still no sign so we walked out. The place was a mess no tables cleared broken glass on outside tables people were wiping their own tables and clearing them staff were miserable and not very helpful. We love seton sands but things need to change big style in the restaurant.

Love Seaton sands, though on the coast, its on local bus route with bus stop right outside, so can get into Central Edinburgh in half hour or so. Tidy park and caravan was spotless. There's a few supermarkets locally along with usual takeaway, pharmacy, newsagents. Highly recommend going to East Links Park if u have kids. Its a fab day out! Returned many times now!

Very tidy clean site, lovely walks at top of the site for children
The 9 hole golf course was great fun, just the right size for older kids to have a taster of playing golf
The nature rocks is fantastic and run by a very professional rangers called Scott , wAa great with the kids of all ages and had them entertained in a calm manner .

Vastly improved touring area.

We have returned to this site after 10 years and what a change. Gone is the sandy, lumpy, bumpy mess of the old touring area. It has been replaced by all new Euro pitches which are fully serviced.

On arrival you are guided to the touring area to be met by the very helpful Wardens who will help you push the van onto the pitch and are always around to help.

The Euro pitches all have a concrete base for the van with a gravel hard stand for the awning beside. There is a 16A power bollard with a tap. A covered waste water drain is at the back of the pitch.

Half the pitches have a parking space in front of the van with grass beside the hard stand and the others have a paved space beside the gravel hard stand for the awning.

Although lovely to look at, the pitches have clearly been designed by a non caravanner as the gravel hard stand is not quite wide enough for a standard 2.5m wide awning. This is ok if you have grass beside it but you will struggle on the pitches with the parking space beside as you can't put pegs into concrete. This also applies to the concrete base the caravan sits on. If you do not put it far enough over toward the gravel hard stand you will not be able to bang pegs into concrete for your awning.

The toilet blocks are clean and tidy. I thought they were a let down after seeing the lovely new touring pitches as they are cleverly disguised portacabins which are on the small side. There are two larger family bathrooms at the back.

A proper Elsan point needs to be put in as the current one is similar to what I would expect on a CL. There is a small washing up area with three sinks. Haven should have invested in a proper brick built toilet block.

This is a smaller Haven with a nice bar/pool/entertainment area. It is right on the beach for long walks. A 26 bus stops at the site to go into Edinburgh.

There's an arcade, pool, restaurant and over 18's bar, games and events on during the day with bingo, dance and entertainment at night. Everyone and everything catered for! Accommodation is great too with comfy beds (22 Kingsbarns) and amazing showers with American style fridge/freezer! The grounds are well kept and looked after and you literally have the sea/beach as well as the bus stop right at the entrance to the park. Staff are friendly and really helpful too. Really is an amazing park!!! Would highly recommend it and will be back for sure!!!

Great park, safe for kids, where we were it was very quiet even though we were next to one of the main roads leading to the top of the park.

Ok, it's a massive caravan park so you expect it to be commercial, crowded and on the expensive side for everything you do on site. That would give it 2 stars. Where it loses a star though is for the quality of accommodation. We paid for "luxury" but for that you get a 32' van (the missing 3' makes a huge difference ), no toilet roll and no mattress protectors. You do however get some dubious stains on the mattresses and sofas, the stench of the drains from the plumbing, some nicely cracked glasses and plates and a layer of dirt on the floors for your kids to play in. I won't make this mistake again!

Been twice already and going again next week, staff are lovely and accommodation, can park the car up and leave it till needed for journey home as buses run directly from the gate to all over, bus prices are good especially for family day ticket and makes it a lot easier than trying to find parking in Edinburgh etc well worth the 400 hundred mile round trip, recommend Seton Sands and their lovely helpful staff
