We spent 5 days here. The site location is great. There is direct bus line to Edinburgh just from the front of the site. This park is one of the same kind of parks. Not much I can say. It offers activities on site but we chose to find activities outside of it. Our accomodation was clean and tidy, it seemed quite new to me both inside and out. We chose this park for its close distance from Edinburgh and we were not disappointed.

Good views, nice beach, pool could be bigger & close enough for visiting the city. Big point for camping - ground needs leveled as cars & moblehomes have left ground subject to major flooding when it rains. woke up this morning sleeping in an inch of water lol

The site is lovely, a few thungs let it down, swimming pool was still closed, alot of places didnt have paths leading to them so ment you were on the road alot. Grounds staff didn't really take pride in the work so whilst we were there a bloke came a tried to cut alot of grass with a strimmer firing cut grass all over caravans and road ways but the main tractor had a collection box so not to leave grass all over which didn't make sense. The activities were not always on and segways constantly cancelled because of rain or puddles maybe move them into a covered area.

I remember staying here a couple of times when I was a kid. This was definitely one of my favorite memories, staying here and visiting the surrounding areas. The place itself was a quality place to stay. Plenty of entertainment and a local village to explore.

Had a short 4 day stay here with greatgrandkids. Children enjoyed stay espcially beach visits as they are only 3 1/2 & 1 1/2 . Holiday village itself has only a small play area for youngsters with most space allocated for gaming machines. Meals in restaurant were terrible and overpriced. Again emphasis was on adults and alcoholic drinks. Bed times from 8 or 9 for young children wer iossible du to football being played all round static pitches. This did not cease until 10.30 or 11 at night when children went 'home'. Many young kids o 5 or 6 years of age wadering with no adult supervision with parents spending lat nights in the bar.
Ma have been the time of year when we visited but the behaviour seemed well established and no consideration given to those with very young kids. Would not go again.

The accomodation was ok. The restaurant however had open containers if nuts sitting g on the bar and as the parent of a child with nut allergies I didn't like this. I felt they did not cater for allergies at all so will be avoiding haven in future

The manager is a waste of company money. I dont know her name but Arlene was rude and to be honest needs to be send on a course to learn how to tell lies abit better. All started when my child wanted a hot shower, we didnt know plumbers and gas engineers worked as security. Same young boy that was on the barriers when we left the site!!!

Haven Seton Sands holiday park is excellent. The amenities are good with a bar/restaurant, a show room, an amusements, 2 indoor pools with 2 waterslides, and plenty of daytime activities. The grounds are well kept and looked after with 24 hour security and plenty of ground staff. There is also a mini-market store on site. Seton Sands beach is right outside the main entrance, but if you are after a beautiful yellow sand beach head to North Berwick for the day.

Spent a week here with the kids, everyone thoroughly enjoyed itz the kids entertainers are brilliant with the kids, there are mascots, various play areas including adventure playground. One of the cleanest caravan parks we've ever stayed in. Staff are very friendly and helpful from the bar staff, entertainment staff, maintenance and ground workers always wave to the kids, and reception staff. Everything was spot on.

We stayed here for a wedding in Edinburgh and as we only had to stay a few nights, it was a cheaper and better alternative to stay in a caravan than a hotel. The Fringe was also on so hotel prices were sky rocketing.

The caravan we stayed in was more spacious than my flat with a great interior. It was of the highest quality with the most comfiest beds you will ever lie in! It was clean, easy to maintain and felt homely.

Would recommend staying here. If you have a family, you can guarantee that it will be quit enough for everyone to get some sleep.

Caravans aren't sound proof. We had a noisey neighbour screaming every night for hours during the night and managed to get no sleep over the long weekend. The site is very much children oriented with little adult entertainment that I was interested it. The overpriced chip shop was poor and a disappointing waste of calories. In the end I did the 6 hour drive home at 9pm as I couldn't stand the possibility of no sleep for another night.

Upon arriving at the site I was pleased. It Looked tidy enough. Our caravan will be out the question as it was a private hire, however we couldn't fault our stay for that part.

On the first night we decided to eat from the chip shop and we were amazed at how fresh it was. Chips were excellent and the fish was lovely. We had a steak pie too, but that was a little dry. We went to the shop during the day and it was OK. There was a few things they could have sold better but for the most part they had almost everything you'd expect to find. I was disappointed though as I wanted to buy some Budwiser but they had none in stock and wasn't expecting any until Monday (this was Friday). I thought that was a bit weird as I'd have expected them to have stocked up for long weekenders. Especially because it was on offer according to the poster outside. The staff inside were ok, basic manners at least but could've been a bit more friendly to be honest.

After going a walk the next day through the park I seen the play park, which for kids looked excellent! The high end of the park looked well looked after too, they had nice fountains etc and even the owners lounge was lovley but of course that's exclusive access.

The main complex area was recently refurbished by the looks of it. New looking and good condition, enough for the kids to do and there's a pub area that serves food. We never had kids with us so hard to say how they would have liked it. But I'd imagine it'd be amazing for kids, all the machines and games were up to date and not old fashioned by the looks of things.

The pub wasn't the best. We ordered some food one night and it was pretty bad. I had the risotto and it was rather cool for a risotto, they're normally quite warm at the hold the heat well with all the rice. It was served with garlic bread which had definitely been microwaved from the fridge. There was an exceptionally cold spot on it and was soggy all round. I took a bite and it was chewy as well sadly. My wife had Hunters chicken and the chicken was really dry. So dry that it wasn't cutting well. The bbq sauce was overloaded with vinigar causing a sort of cough when eating. The peas that came with it were dry and cold. Very unhappy with the meal, but they did offer a refund for risotto as I never ate much. My wife seen her meal through though but never enjoyed it.

I would recommend this site for a family for a few days but there's not enough here for a 5 or 7 night break. As far as couples, it's hard to say. I won't be returning again but I guess it depends on what you find "good".

Just got back from staying for a week at Seton Sands, was a little worried as some reviews were a bit bad. We found the site amazing lovely clean and a brilliant base for exploring, we liked it so much we've booked for 2 weeks next year. We were lucky to have glorious weather but even in bad weather there's still so much to see. Caravan was excellent clean and with plenty of space. Thank you Haven x

Nice site with lots to keep a family entertained and in a lovely seaside location. The site is let down by the food served in the bar/ restaurants. It's a shame because it's a nice area but the food was awful. Would recommend the site to family and friends.

Went from Monday 9th of November to the 13th of November and it was the best relaxing four days holiday I have ever had couldn't believe you clean the park was and couldn't believe how clean the caravan no the park was as well had nothing to complain about.

We came here for holiday this year and absolutely love here, so we extended the holiday for another week.

However, I would suggest to cook yourself if you can. As the food aren't great, and the pub is always short if staff, and can take up to an hour wait for food when the pub isn't even busy.

Also the food sometimes just so sad!! The side veg which comes with food were dead. You can see the white dry marks on the carrot stick and garden peas.

We had problems when they delivered the caravan was dirty and we had to complain. He also lacked accessories in the kitchen ... etc. We claimed they were friendly and went to clean. Still the outside of the caravan is dirty. Too large the complex, far from the supermarket and small ... best the pool. The poor park It is good to be near Edinburgh. For the rest not to return

Well kept and presented holiday village, with plenty of activities for young and old, bar/ restaurant, mini market, swimming pools, launderette, nine hole golf course, walking trails all on site, with buses along the coast to Leith and Edinburgh stopping just outside the main entrance.

A gorgeous little park. We love it here and cant wait to go back. Excellent activities on and off park and not far from Edinburgh. An hour on the bus but quicker by car, however you'll be paying a lot for parking in the city. You could always drive to the park and ride and get the tram into Edinburgh but this would take.longer and is more expensive than the bus.
The swimming pool and associated facilities were very clean and in good working order. We had lots of fun in the pool and on the water slide.
A great representation of what a Haven holiday should be like.

Spacious mobile home with surprisingly many modern amenities. We also had a sea view. The accompanying restaurant and the mini market are also unique. It is that the veranda of the caravan was very dirty and for the rest not everything was equally clean, otherwise it would certainly have been worth five stars!
