I stayed on hold for 20 minutes. Hung up..stayed on the line for another 15 minutes before talking to a live rep. Who was arrogant and rude. I told him it's not what you say it's the tone and manner in which you speak. I further told him I am 63 years old and my grown son does not talk to me in that manner. Then the rep refers to me as "Ma". I told him that I'm not your Ma. Then he proceeds to ask me if I wanted the merchandise or not. I love your jewelry but I was not told this item was on back order until I went to tracking and there was nothing. But yet your company charged me 49.91 cents for merchandise I never received. Bad experience.
