Meh. They did some water mitigation after a tree came through my roof after a storm. They had to rip up the bathroom floor and rip out the ceilings in both the bathroom and the living room. They didn't do a very good demo job on the ceilings. The drywall was not completely taken down so we had to spend quite a bit of time taking down all of the pieces of drywall left on all of the edges. Not terrible, not great, just meh.
Contacted this company about water damage that forced my business to close. They rescheduled my appointment and once someone managed to come out I never received an estimate. The customer service reps were of no help at all and basically told me that because of bad weather they had all these "emergency calls" I am not sure why my business being closed did not qualify as an emergency. Once the person came out I had to call multiple times in order to find out that no estimate had been prepared and that was after multiple calls a day for four days. Don't waste your time with these people. I have a feeling since my claim involved insurance and not cash up front it was not a priority.
When my sump pump became overwhelmed due to heavy rains, I called SERVPRO and they were quick to remedy the situation. They were kind and I felt as though they had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently experienced an unexpected mold problem in a rental home in a crawl space. I called Servpro. They responded quickly, did a great job of remediation and preventative measures to eliminate the problem. They responded quickly, solved the problem, and techs were professional and courteous. I will call them again should a situation arise.

I had a sump pump failure on Saturday night. I called Sunday morning and they arrived within an hour. I did have an issue with part of the job and called the office on Monday. I cant say enough about how management listened to my complaint and quickly resolved the issue without hesitation. I would definitely use them again.

They were amazing. We had service within 24 hours and they came every single day to check on the status of the water. I cannot recommend them enough. Even the wonderful woman who answered the phone was great (I wish I could remember her name!)

Our basement flooded when our sump pump stopped working. They came, sucked up some of the water, spayed some chemicals, and set up some dehumidifiers. They refused, however, to try to remove any of the soaked carpeting/padding until the packers came and took everything out. Thing is, the packers couldn't come until the next week. But Servepro insisted they knew what they were doing and that everything was fine. We stupidly believed them and left the welfare of our family and home in their hands.
Things began to smell. It got worse and worse. I couldn't sleep it was so bad. The kids were whimpering miserable. My lungs started to ache. It got to the point that I didnt want my family breathing it. Clearly mold was growing fast and furious. I opened windows, used fans to suck the noxious mildew stink from the house. We called Servepro. They came back and said no, no, we couldn't have the windows open in the basement or the dehumidifiers wouldn't be affective. We had to shut them. Unfortunately, our basement doesnt have a door to shut it off from the rest of the house, it's just an open stairwell. So the heated air the dehumidifiers were creating was rising to the rest of the house, bringing w it all that horrible toxic odor!
But again, Servepro insisted they knew what they were doing and that everything was under control. And again, they refused to remove any of the rank carpet. It got worse. They wouldn't even tape off the area. Days later, the home insurance rep came to make an assessment and was absolutely APPALLED at the state of our home. The carpets were still utterly soaked. She couldn't BELIEVE they hadn't tried to remove as much as they could of the carpet. She wouldn't even stay in the house w us as she did her paperwork! She sat in her car!!!
Realizing we were dealing with brazenly incompetent, disgustingly lazy, and criminally inconsiderate individuals (who were allowing by choice FOUR CHILDREN to breathe in dangerous mold spores for days), we immediately called a new company for help.
Lo and behold, they arrived in hours and by mid afternoon had over half of the basement's carpeting and padding removed, as well as baseboards removed and drywall cut out of the walls because it'd sat in wetness for such a ridiculously and inexcusably long period of time. That very day!! Within just a few hours!! It didn't matter to them at all that the movers hadn't come yet to move stuff. They moved it around themselves to get the job done! ONE guy and ONE girl! They sealed off openings and came back the very next day and took out everything else! The air quality improved almost immediately thanks to them.
My blood boils just thinking about what that other team made us endure simply because they were too darn lazy to move some furniture around. They should be ashamed!!! Children were breathing in moldy mildew air for days because they were so neglegent and selfishly inconsiderate! Horrible individuals!!!! Absolutely horrible!!
