A new unused phone with 5 months that does not charge and they say it does not come under warranty .. I do not know how alcatel can give the technical service to this crowd ... Let's see that a jewel ... of place, if I were you, I would throw it away before giving it to this band of brokers ...

I sent them a BlackBerry Key 2 of a year and a half that worked everything except the keyboard and the speaker so that they could repair it although the cost of the repair was high since I had little time and it cost me a lot of money and they return it to me worse than what I sent it and saying that it is irreparable, an official technical service is not able to change a sad keyboard and speaker? I didn't tell them to fix anything else. Painful. Above all, only they have those pieces and they don't even sell them to me so that I can change them since they have been unable. I did not intend to demand a guarantee of anything, I just wanted the keyboard to work again and they have not achieved that.

My work experience when I was on this site: negligible. I would not waste time in this company even if it offered its "unbeatable" working conditions, basically because they never met them.
