I sent them a BlackBerry Key 2 of a year and a half that worked everything except the keyboard and the speaker so that they could repair it although the cost of the repair was high since I had little time and it cost me a lot of money and they return it to me worse than what I sent it and saying that it is irreparable, an official technical service is not able to change a sad keyboard and speaker?
