great & passionate employees to serve the vulnerable population
I was in Pathways to housing, which was decent except for some of the staff, who were rip offs and cons, one day I went to the office in Harlem and a paper, handwritten sign said Pathways was no longer and it was now S.U.S. and I found only the worst of the Pathways staff had stayed on.Staffers not only use the govt. grants inappropriately but also steal from clients personal benefits. The Harlem office needs to be investigated and the books checked by the Internal Revenue Service. The housing offered is below standard, dangerous, in fact and the staff is not only biased and prejudiced but dishonest with clients who are unable to defend themselves legally.
I strongly advise a thorough investigation of staff, their books resulting in criminal charges to be imposed for fraud and theft .
This place Dow s not care about their loyal and dedicated employees. After working for them for almost 17 years I go in one day and my position is eliminated just like that and no reason at all. When they just hired someone days before letting me go in my department.
I want to mention the friendly, courteous and helpful staff again. They were great.
Use this non for profit agency as a platform to gain your experience in the mental health field then move on.This agency has its good and bad.I enjoyed working with the individuals.Management needs more training on how to manage staff professionally.
Don t mix personal with pleasure (Management and Staff) Don t forget u are there to provide care for the the individuals.
Helped me get on my feet after I lost everything, gave me direction and the resources to succeed and now I m starting up my own business.
