Brought an olefin area rug with pet stains in for cleaning; they were very professional, flexible about pickup and drop off times, very reasonably priced, and did a great job cleaning it! Friendly staff as well, and my rug looks brand new. Will definitely use again.

Steve was the tech. Prompt, police, effective, efficient and all round wonderful job. Just like new. A rust spot, a pet spot or two, a couple of misc., things, all gone. I cannot say enough good things about him or this Company. The best around, I believe.

I was very happy the results of the servicemaster carpet cleaning. There were two men, Peter and I believe his son. They were prompt, very efficient and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. They moved and replaced furniture when required. I have to admit the carpet under my bed was very dusty and this was brought to my attention which I appreciated. I will have to remember to vacuum before I get it done again. I was impressed and referred your company to my sister in law Barbara Caird. The price was right and I would hire Servicemaster again.

Mayne Island Resort contracted service master to clean all of our upholstery and drapery. They did an excellent job, fast and professional. Some of our units were up to two hundred feet away and they had no problem reaching. We are very pleased with the results. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We've just had Service Master do our carpets for the 3rd time. They did an awesome job removing a bad spill on our carpet steps. They are also prompt, professional, and qualified. Very much recommended.

We had a couple of trees fall on our fence and shed. ServiceMaster handled and coordinated getting the repairs done. Everything was done in a timely fashion and we are very happy with the results.

Excellent service! I got a booking right away. I paid exactly what the initial quote on the phone was. The cleaning products were all green and left no odour so I had no hesitation putting my kids to sleep in the rooms that were cleaned even a couple hours after the cleaning. Super happy! :)

All in all this business is a joke. We had a flood at our residence in November 2018 which affected our flooring on the main level and were told it would be advisable to wait until after Christmas. I said fine, but I did not want to wait until the Spring and I was re-assured that would not happen. And then it rained and snowed and got windy so more important jobs were tended to and the restoration still has not been started. There is great lack of communication and honestly if I could give this rating a Zero I would. Very disrespectful in all aspects.

Drew cleaned the carpets better than they have been before. I have them done once a year and haven't seen them cleaned so well. He went beyond the call of duty in cleaning them to his high standards. Very responsible and with integrity!

Terrible experience. I made a reservation for a moving-out cleaning a month in advance, and when the technician arrived on my moving day she said she could not clean the carpet because she would not be able to manage the six steps in my hallway, and because her hose wasn't long enough to reach my apartment. (My apartment is not unusually situated-it is in a standard apartment building). Then I had to scramble to find another option at the last minute. All the other companies I've talked with have been astonished with the reasons for her refusal, and, furthermore, when I made this appointment I was not asked about the layout of my apartment building. I would avoid this company, unless you have a one bedroom apartment opening to a parking lot.

Let me start off with I am not usually the type of person to write a review and I have NEVER been annoyed enough with a company to write a full length bad review.

I would not use Service Master nor would I ever recommend it to someone who needed quick emergency repairs. Our suite was flooded by our neighbors a while ago and the insurance company decided to hire service master for the restoration. It took them over a month to replace the linoleum flooring and small patches of dry wall/insulation in our ceiling. We figured once the fans and dehumidifiers were out it would be a quick process but no, we were definitely not a priority for this company. To make matters worse we had to live in the suite through the renovations, now I know this is slightly unusual and inconvenient for the reno company but it's not like we enjoyed the situation any more than they did. We found the workers to be disrespectful of our space throughout the restoration. They stepped on our belongings instead of taking 2 seconds to move them, they destroyed my orchid by knocking it over and stomping on it, they left open pails of paint water for my cat to drink and play in and they routinely left our suite unlocked when they left site.

To make matters worse they damaged our suite while doing the restoration, denting one of the walls with a door knob and cracking the frame on our entry door. When we called to tell the supervisor about the damage he suggested that we had caused it and were now trying to blame the reno company. If I were doing that don't you think I might have tried to claim the other various scratches and small dents that we have in fact inflicted on the suite in our year long tenancy? Finally he agreed to have someone fill the dent and fix the door (only if it was an "easy fix"). We returned home from work the next day to find them all cleaned up and finished but low and behold the damage was not repaired. Being renters this is a big deal because now it will come out of our damage deposit so, thanks service master.

If I could rate negative stars I would.

We've used ServiceMaster on numerous occasions over the past 7 years. We have never been disappointed with their service.
Their personnel are polite and helpful and they always do a great job.
We've had them clean blinds, carpets and rugs and the results have always been excellent.
We would not hesitate to recommend them.

A few years ago I called ServiceMaster to clean the carpet of my vacant condo before moving in because the strata uses the provider too. The cleaner came to my home after cleaning a neighbor. He poured the dirty water from previous job into my drain in front of my wife. After cleaning my home, unlike other cleaners whose result is clearly visible from the tidy triangular patterns, I saw almost no difference.
Recently, the provider cleaned the hallway in building's common area. This time the result is clearly visible, except in the worst possible way - a mess of permanent doodling stain. It's much better off had the carpet been left alone.
Cannot express enough how distasteful this provider is. If you don't want more damage than improvement to your real estate, then think twice.

ServiceMaster of Victoria is a company I would recommend to my friends.

I called them for an estimate on the phone, and they stuck to it. They scheduled an appointment with me for the next day, and arrived exactly on time. It is hard to say that about a lot of other service providers.

The service performed was a cleaning of two sofas with pillows, cleaning of a mattress, and the cleaning of a small carpet area in the office den. Everything was done professionally, without any issues. I was very satisfied with the result. The technician who came to my home was professional, courteous, and did a very good job.

At the end, I was able to pay by credit card.

Servicemaster of Victoria exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend their service.

The whole process was great! From the cheerful lady that booked it, the efficient email confirmation process, clarity of services being provided to the hard working, clean & pleasant fellow doing the actual cleaning...top notch all the way. I would use them again in a flash
