All in all this business is a joke. We had a flood at our residence in November 2018 which affected our flooring on the main level and were told it would be advisable to wait until after Christmas. I said fine, but I did not want to wait until the Spring and I was re-assured that would not happen. And then it rained and snowed and got windy so more important jobs were tended to and the restoration still has not been started. There is great lack of communication and honestly if I could give this rating a Zero I would. Very disrespectful in all aspects.
