Terrible experience. I made a reservation for a moving-out cleaning a month in advance, and when the technician arrived on my moving day she said she could not clean the carpet because she would not be able to manage the six steps in my hallway, and because her hose wasn't long enough to reach my apartment. (My apartment is not unusually situated-it is in a standard apartment building). Then I had to scramble to find another option at the last minute. All the other companies I've talked with have been astonished with the reasons for her refusal, and, furthermore, when I made this appointment I was not asked about the layout of my apartment building. I would avoid this company, unless you have a one bedroom apartment opening to a parking lot.
