Their service wasn't bad, until we decided not to renew a long-term contract and preferred to proceed on a monthly, ad-hoc basis. There was no communication from Service Uniform until the route driver showed up without notice and removed all materials, essentially shutting down our operation. Their answer was "we don't do business without a long term service contract", so we just assumed we would pick up the items. Poor form on business practices, and certainly didn't make any points to continue a relationship. They had a chance, but certainly burned a bridge with us on how they handled this.
John P has taken the time and care to make sure we have all our gear and towels every week and takes pride in his performance! Thank you John P for everything you do for us at STRAIGHTLINE!!

Signed up for Uniforms through Ryan. Was told approved gave CC info and was sized etc.... Marketing setup a Campaign to roll out the Uniforms then got a call a week later stating Credit Department stated you cannot afford the Uniforms and will not issue Credit of which I am in shock as there is Liquid Equity over 8k, Monthly Sales are edging up every month last month was 22k this month we are at 28k and yet Credit Department says we cannot afford $100.00 a month. Stay away as there Credit Department and Managers will lie
Service Uniform is a great company that meets all of our needs for uniforms and shop accessories and then some. I work for the Rapid Lube and Trailer in Woodland Park, CO with Sergio Nunez as our account manager and we could not be happier with the service! Sergio is always very helpful and quick, as is everyone else if we ever have extra needs to call in.

The very worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life they add on charges without your permission and refuse to communicate with you when you ask to talk to someone. The turnover rate in their employees shows what the management in the company is all about. I have been trying to get a hold of my rep now for over a month with no call back. As of now my managers are under the strict authority to not let the service employees in our locations entell the owner hears from someone.

Started working here mid 2020 and I'm a "fan" of what Service Uniform stands for. Purpose before profit! Will you see some bad reviews here? Of course. It means we are Human. Heck ive made many mistakes already but management is always there to help and give us all the tools to be successful. Being appreciated is something you can't put a $$$ figure on. GIVE Service Uniform a try. While I can't guarantee mistake free service ALL of the time, I can guarantee that No OTHER similar business in the industry tries harder and with more authenticity for customer Service!!

This company as a potential employer is very inconsiderate of people s time and effort. I interviewed with The Human Resources rep and he was very unclear as to reasons for not moving my application forward. He blamed a traffic incident I listed from 19 years ago for being unable to move further in the process due to uninsurability ( I ve been employed as a school bus driver and public transit operator so I know that s not true.) He didn t even ask any questions pertaining to competency in carrying out the requirements of the job. I drove through a snow storm and prepared for weeks as well as using up a PTO day to meet with these people. All this just so I could sit through 2 hours of testing in a room where current employees are bad mouthing the company and then to have them close the door on me with a poor excuse of an interview. Potential applicants remember you are screening them too and putting them through an interview. So you if you consider yourself to be a person of value, integrity and hardworking, don t waste your time looking into this company. The owner of this company needs to seriously take an in depth look into the recruiting, screening and Human Resources aspect of this operation. That is if the future growth and success of your company is of any concern.

One of their drivers thought it would be fun to mess with people in traffic and when I called in to complain about it they basically blew it off. I followed up on it and they blew me off again. They don't care that their drivers are out there putting people in danger so they don't care about the services they offer to you either. They say it's a family-owned company but reading all the reviews they bully people and mislead. I would be cautious if you decide to use this company. They obviously have no ethics or integrity.

I am a customer and have been since 5/2014. I need to stop their service but they want me to pay them 3800.00 to get out. What good company needs to take money for doing nothing. Be careful and read the contract it doesn't matter what the salesman say.

After jumping through hoops for two weeks to complete their credit process, I was denied service based on information I gave the sales rep in the first place. Had I known what their standard was, I would have looked elsewhere from the get go and not wasted my time. At this point even if they approved my company, I still wouldn't do business with them based on the poor communication from the start.
I had left my job which utilized this company for uniforms. I counted and turned in all necessary uniforms. Somehow I had a charge for 3 missing pants and 2 missing shirts. When I talked to my employer they said service uniform had marked it as missing and there s nothing I could do. Very expensive mistake, I have been ripped off and am very upset. If service uniform would like to fix this problem with me directly, I am more than happy to revise my review.
This is my wife's account, my name is Brian Laube and I worked there for almost 13 years before I retired from my route. Management was an excellent combination of being there when you needed it, and hands off when you didn't. No dishonest business practices either, even when it would have been easy. I have recommended it to many of my friends as a great place to work, or if you are in need of uniforms a great service provider. If I ever come back to Colorado I would definitely work there again! Very poor service. We ve documented our concerns and they won t let us out of our contract. Really disappointing that they would rather have an upset client under contract than just let me out since they haven t been able to resolve our issues.
Found Service Uniform after being abused by steady stream of price increases from one of the big name companies. They listened to our needs and structured a program to fit us instead of demanding we fit in their molds. They are a customer service focused organization and it shows at every level from the sales team, accounting departments and especially their drivers. Would recommend them to anyone.
